Product Overview

The 1MORE ComfoBuds Pro are true wireless in-ear headphones designed for immersive audio experiences. They feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), a comfortable fit, and intuitive touch controls.

Power and Pairing

Power On: Uncover the charging case, and the headphones will turn on automatically.

Power Off: Place the headphones back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically turn off and begin charging.

Note: These functions are available for either earbud in individual or stereo mode.

Headphones Pairing: The headphones will automatically pair to each other after the charging case lid is opened when they are inside.

Bluetooth Pairing to Device:

For first-time use, turn the headphones on to enter pairing mode. They will power off if not paired to a device within 3 minutes.
After successful pairing, headphones will automatically connect to your device.
To pair with a new device: place headphones back into the case, press and hold the pairing button for 3 seconds while powered on (with no music or phone calls active) to re-enter pairing mode.

Note: These functions are available for either earbud in individual or stereo mode.

Charging

Charging Methods:

Using the Type-C cable, a full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The charging case's green light indicates a full battery.
Using the charging case, a full charge takes approximately 1 hour. The red light on the headphones turning off indicates charging is complete.

1MORE MUSIC APP Integration

The 1MORE MUSIC APP provides detailed battery status for both headphones and the charging case.

Battery Notification:

Low Battery LED Indicator: When approximately 25-30 minutes of use remain, a notification sound will play, and the LED indicator will flash red.
Low Case Battery: When the charging case battery is critically low, its LED indicator will flash red.

Auto Pause/Play: Playback automatically pauses when the headphones are removed from your ears and resumes when they are put back on.

ANC, WNR, and Pass-through Modes

Switch between different listening modes by touching and holding the stem of the headphone.

ANC-Strong: Ideal for noisy environments like airplanes, high-speed trains, or subways.
ANC-Mild: Suitable for noisy daily situations such as malls, cafes, or streets.
WNR (Wind Noise Resistance): Designed for outdoor environments with wind.
Pass-through Mode: Allows environmental sounds to be heard without removing the earbuds, enhancing situational awareness.

ANC-Mild and WNR modes can be further customized within the 1MORE MUSIC APP.

Touch Controls

Control phone calls and music playback by tapping the touch control area on the headphones.

To decline a call, please use your paired mobile phone.
Song changes or volume control may require using the 1MORE MUSIC APP or your paired mobile phone.

Extra Functions

Pairing Issues: If headphones don't pair normally, open the case, quickly click the pairing button 3 times to initiate Left & Right pairing.
Unpair Device: Place both L & R earbuds in the case, press and hold the pairing button for 8 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
OTA Firmware Update: Updates can be performed via the 1MORE MUSIC APP when headphones are paired.

Note: Functions within the 1MORE MUSIC APP may differ based on cellphones or operating systems.

1MORE (1) Year Limited Warranty

1MORE warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date, under normal use and maintenance. 1MORE will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. FAQ

Headphones won't turn on: Ensure headphones have sufficient battery charge. Charge for at least 30 minutes if needed.
Connection issues: If earbuds don't pair to each other or to the phone, reset by placing them in the case and pressing the pairing button 3 times. Then, pair with your phone. To pair with a new phone, place buds in the case, press and hold the pairing button for 2 seconds, then select the new device.
No sound for media on Android: In your device's Bluetooth settings, ensure 'Media Audio' is enabled for the headphones.
No sound for calls on Android: In your device's Bluetooth settings, ensure 'Phone Audio' is enabled for the headphones.
Unstable Bluetooth connection: Reduce distance between headphones and device, avoid obstructions, and minimize interference from Wi-Fi or GPRS signals. Ensure your device's Bluetooth antenna is not blocked.
Control functions mismatch with third-party apps: Control functions may vary. It's recommended to use the device's default music/video player apps.
Low volume even at maximum: Some Android systems have separate volume controls for the device and headphones. Adjust both for desired loudness.
