Introduction
Upon purchase, the watch may have a protective sticker on the display. Please remove it before use. The configuration of your watch may differ slightly from the illustrations provided.
Precautions for Use
- Do not use or store the watch in locations subject to high or low temperatures, strong vibration, or strong impacts.
- High temperatures can shorten battery life and damage the watch. Keep the watch away from heating appliances and direct sunlight.
- Never use the watch in a bathroom or any other very humid location.
- Never attempt to disassemble the watch, as this may cause damage.
- Clean the watch with a soft, dry cloth, or a cloth dampened with water and a mild neutral detergent. Wring out excess liquid from the cloth. Do not use solvents, gasoline, alcohol, or similar cleaning agents.
- Keep this manual and all information about the stopwatch readily available for future reference.

Setting the Time and Date
1. Move the selector switch to the "TM SET (TIME SET)" position.
2. Press the "HR" and "MIN" buttons to adjust the hours and minutes, respectively. Seconds on the display will not show but will reset to 00 when the "MIN" button is pressed.
3. After setting the time, move the selector switch to the "NORM (NORMAL)" position.
Using the Alarm
The watch alarm features a snooze function, allowing for a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning.
Setting the Alarm Time
1. Move the selector switch to the "AL SET (ALM SET)" position.
2. Press the "HR" and "MIN" buttons to adjust the alarm hours and minutes, respectively. Pressing and holding either button allows for faster adjustment.
3. After setting the alarm time, move the selector switch back to the "NORM (NORMAL)" position.
Enabling and Disabling the Alarm
To enable the alarm, move the selector switch to "SNZ (SNOOZE)" or "AL ON (ALM ON)". To disable the alarm, move it to "AL OFF (ALM OFF)".
Using the Alarm
1. Set the alarm time and enable the alarm function.
2. When the set time is reached, the alarm will sound. Press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button to stop the sounding alarm. If the snooze function is active, the alarm will sound again in approximately eight minutes.
3. The snooze alarm can be turned off at any time by moving the selector switch to the "AL OFF (ALM OFF)" position.
Checking the Set Alarm Time
1. Move the selector switch to the "NORM (NORMAL)" position.
2. Press the "HR" or "MIN" button to display the set alarm time.
Testing the Alarm Operation
1. Move the selector switch to the "SNZ (SNOOZE)" or "AL ON (ALM ON)" position.
2. To make the alarm sound, press the "HR" and "MIN" buttons simultaneously.
Backlight
To turn on the display backlight, press and hold the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button.
Battery Replacement
Replace the batteries when the display indication becomes dim and difficult to read.
1. Gently press and slide the battery compartment cover in the direction indicated by an arrow [arrow] and remove it.
2. Remove both old batteries.
3. Insert new batteries. Ensure the positive [+] and negative [-] poles of the batteries are oriented correctly. Incorrect installation may cause the batteries to rupture and damage the watch.
4. Reattach the battery compartment cover.
Battery Precautions
- Batteries must be inserted with their positive [+] and negative [-] poles oriented correctly.
- Batteries should be replaced at least once a year, even under normal operation.
- Never attempt to recharge batteries included with the watch.
- In case of battery leakage, wipe the liquid with a cloth, taking care not to let the liquid come into contact with your skin.
- Batteries included with the watch may discharge somewhat during transport and storage.
- Never use an old battery together with a new one, or mix batteries of different brands.
