Product Overview
Thanks for purchasing the Fender Pour Over Env Filter, a unique take on the classic envelope filter effect. The Pour Over features a filter section with Frequency, Q, and Drive controls, along with toggle switches for sweep-up/sweep-down and filter type (low, high, or band-pass). The distortion section has its own dedicated toggle switch, complemented by familiar Gain, Tone, and Level controls.

Controls and Features
Pedal Layout Description: The top panel of the pedal features several controls and connectors. From left to right, the front panel has a Bypass Footswitch (1) at the bottom left. Above the footswitch are controls labeled Level (4), Tone (5), Distortion Switch (6), Gain (7), and Frequency (8). To the right of these are controls labeled Q (9) and Drive (10). There are two toggle switches: an Up/Down Switch (11) and a Filter Type Switch (12). The pedal also includes an Input Jack (13) on the right side and an Output Jack (3) on the left side. The top panel has LEDs (15) indicating status, a 9V DC INPUT (16) connector, and a Low Battery Indicator (14).
Control Descriptions:
- Bypass Footswitch (1): Bypasses the effect.
- Jewel Indicator (2): Illuminates when the effect is active.
- Output Jack (3): Low-impedance output jack connects to an amplifier or the next effect pedal in the signal chain.
- Level (4): Controls the overall distortion output level.
- Tone (5): Similar to a guitar's tone control. Turn counter-clockwise to decrease treble frequencies; turn clockwise for full-range tone.
- Distortion Switch (6): Turns distortion on and off.
- Gain (7): Controls the amount of distortion added to the signal.
- Frequency (8): Controls the filter frequency range.
- Q (9): Controls the filter resonant peak.
- Drive (10): Controls the amount of signal fed into the filter.
- Up/Down Switch (11): Controls the frequency sweep direction (up or down).
- Filter Type Switch (12): Selects the filter type: Low-pass (LP), High-pass (HP), or Band-pass (BP).
- Input Jack (13): High-impedance input suitable for electric guitar, bass, acoustic guitars with pickup systems, keyboards, and other instruments.
- Low Battery Indicator (14): Indicates when the battery is low.
- LED Kill Switch (15): Deactivates control-knob illumination.
- DC Power Connector (16): Standard center-negative 9VDC jack for use with appropriate power supplies.
