Quick Tips for Optimal Charging

Alignment is key: Ensure your device is centered on the charging surface for the fastest and most efficient charge.
Case compatibility: Thick cases or certain materials may interfere with MagSafe® and wireless charging. Remove cases for best results.
Device compatibility: MagSafe® charging is compatible with iPhone® 12 and newer. Wireless earbud case charging is compatible with AirPods® with wireless charging cases, AirPods Pro®, and other Qi-enabled devices. Consult your device's user manual if unsure.
High-speed charging: Use the included USB-C cable and Power Delivery wall plug for optimal charging speed. Using different cables or power sources may result in slower charging.

Charging Instructions

Place the charger on a sturdy, flat surface.
Plug the wall plug into an outlet and connect the USB-C cable to the wall plug and the charger.
Ensure your power source is a USB power supply of DC 12V 2.5A minimum. Use only UL compliant power supplies.
Place your device onto the correct charging surface and align it properly. The indicator light should turn red when charging.
Remove credit cards or any cards with magnetic strips before charging to prevent damage.
The MagSafe® charging stand supports wireless charging up to 15W. The watch charging stand and earbud case charger support wireless charging up to 5W.
You can remove your phone from the charging stand before changing its orientation.
Charging times may vary by device.

Indicators - Qi Charging Only

Solid Red: Device is charging.
Flashing Red: Foreign object detection. This may be caused by metal objects, which can lead to overheating and damage. Remove any foreign objects immediately.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing charging issues, please refer to the following:

Proper Alignment: Ensure your device is correctly aligned with the charging surface. If not, the device may not charge.
Case Interference: Some cases may interfere with charging. Try removing the case.
Device Compatibility: Verify your device is compatible with MagSafe® or Qi wireless charging.
Cable and Power Source: Confirm that the USB-C cable and Power Delivery wall plug are securely connected and that the power source meets the required specifications.
