Important Safety Information
WARNING: Read and understand the entire operating manual, including all safety information, BEFORE connecting or using the product. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or serious injury.
Keep this manual for future reference. If selling or gifting the product, ensure this manual is included.
Burn and Overheating Hazard
- The heater gets hot – avoid contact, use gloves if necessary.
- Maintain a minimum of 1 meter distance from flammable materials (e.g., furniture, curtains).
- Do not place near beds (fire hazard from falling blankets/pillows).
- Never cover or block ventilation slots.
- Do not place the unit on soft surfaces like beds or pillows.
- Do not insert foreign objects into openings – risk of short circuit and fire.
Electrical Voltage
- Connect only to a grounded 220V/15A socket – preferably on its own circuit.
- Do not use an extension cord. If necessary, use one rated for at least 1875W / 15A and ensure it is undamaged.
- Check the plug and cord before each use – do not use if damaged.
- Do not plug into defective or loose sockets – fire hazard from arcing.
- The plug must sit firmly in the socket – have hot sockets checked immediately.
- Never open or modify the device – risk of life and loss of warranty.
- Always switch off before unplugging.
Do Not Expose to Water
- Use the unit only in dry indoor areas – never in damp rooms or outdoors.
- Never use if it has recently come into contact with liquid.
- Clean ventilation slots only with a vacuum cleaner – do not wipe with a damp cloth or rinse.
Keep Away from Children
- Never leave the unit unattended, especially near children.
Serviced by Qualified Personnel Only
- Do not use the unit if the cable or plug is damaged – contact an authorized dealer.
- Have defective sockets or hot plug connections checked by an electrician.
- Never open or repair the unit yourself – repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Preparation
CAUTION: This product includes a glass front panel! Always handle glass with extreme care. Damage to the glass can lead to injuries or serious damage.
Remove all parts and hardware from the carton and place them on a clean, soft, dry surface. The parts and assembly steps are suitable for wall or built-in mounting. Check the parts list to ensure nothing is missing. Dispose of packaging materials properly. Please recycle whenever possible.

Installation
NOTE: Maintain at least 1 cm distance from the wall for optimal ventilation and cable routing.

Wall Mounting
NOTE: Optionally, you can fix your CAMPO electric fireplace to the wall using the included mounting accessories for safety reasons.
Step 1
Attach the metal brackets with the screws to the right and left of the fireplace facade (see illustration).

Step 2
Pre-drill 4 holes and insert the dowels.
Step 3
Screw the metal brackets vertically to the wall.

Dimensions: 1130 ± 10 mm height, 500 ± 10 mm width
Step 4
Thread the wire ropes through the holes in the metal brackets and screw on the closures (see illustration). This secures the fireplace to the wall.

Installation of Decorative Logs / Crushed Glass
DEPENDING ON EQUIPMENT
Step 1
Use a screwdriver to remove the screws (see illustration).

Step 2
With two people, remove the glass panel by moving it upwards away from the fireplace. Place it on a soft, flat surface to avoid scratches.

Step 3
Place the crushed glass in the combustion chamber. Distribute the crushed glass from the center to the sides.

Step 4
Place the logs on top of the crushed glass.
Step 5
After placing all decorative media, reinsert the glass panel and hand-tighten the screws.

Operation
CAUTION: Read and understand this operating manual including all safety instructions BEFORE connecting or using the product. Failure to do so can result in fire, electric shock, or serious injury.
Startup
- Plug the power cord into a grounded 220-240 Volt/15 Ampere socket (see IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION on page 2).
- Ensure the socket is in good condition and the plug is not loose.
- NEVER exceed the maximum current for the circuit. Do not connect other devices to the same circuit.
NOTE: A slight odor may be present when the heater is first turned on. This is normal and should not recur unless the heater has not been used for an extended period.
NOTE: For optimal operation, aim the remote control at the front of the fireplace. Do NOT press the buttons too quickly. Allow the unit time to respond to each command.
Operation Modes
This electric fireplace can be operated via the touch panel on the unit, located on the upper right corner of the glass front. A remote control is also included.
Before operation, please read the IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION on page 2 and observe all warnings.

Hotel Mode
In this mode, your individual settings for the following functions will be retained even after switching off via the touch panel or remote control, or when disconnected from the power supply:
- Flame Color
- Flame Brightness
- Flame Speed
- Ember Bed Color
- Ember Bed Brightness
- Overhead Light Color
The settings for heating, temperature, and timer are not saved and will automatically reset to the default setting after switching off.
Remote Control

- ON/OFF: Powers the unit on/off.

- EMBER BED COLOR: Changes the ember bed color.
- FLAME SPEED: Adjusts the speed of the flame effect.
- TIMER: Sets the timer for automatic shut-off.
- OVERHEAD LIGHT: Controls the overhead light color.
- EMBER BED BRIGHTNESS: Adjusts the brightness of the ember bed.
- FLAME BRIGHTNESS: Adjusts the brightness of the flame.
- HEATING HIGH/LOW: Controls the heating function.
- THERMOSTAT: Adjusts the temperature.
- CRACKLE EFFECT ON/OFF: Activates/deactivates the crackle sound effect.

Step 1
Download the Noble Home App from the App Store or Play Store by scanning the following QR code.

Overheat Protection
This unit is equipped with overheat protection. Should the heater reach a temperature that is too high, the unit will automatically shut off.
Resetting
- Turn the ON/OFF switch on the control panel to OFF. Wait 5 minutes.
- Unplug the power cord from the socket.
- Check the fireplace to ensure no ventilation slots are blocked or clogged with dust or lint. If a blockage is present, vacuum the debris to clean the ventilation areas.
- Plug the power cord back into the socket and turn on the fireplace.
- If the problem persists, have your socket and wiring checked by a professional.
Battery Information for Remote Control
The remote control requires a CR-2025 battery (included).
CAUTION:
- NEVER dispose of batteries in fire.
- Failure to observe this precaution may result in an explosion. Dispose of batteries at your local hazardous waste processing center.
Care and Maintenance
CAUTION: ALWAYS switch off the unit and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning, performing maintenance, or moving the unit. Otherwise, electric shock, fire, or injury may occur.
NEVER immerse in water or spray with water. This could lead to electric shock, fire, or injury.
Metal Parts
- Polish gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth (citrus oil-based liquid).
- Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or household cleaners, as these products can damage the metal surface.
Glass
- Use a high-quality glass cleaner, spray it onto a cloth or towel. Thoroughly dry the glass surface with a paper towel or lint-free cloth.
- NEVER use abrasive materials, liquid sprays, or cleaning agents that could scratch the surface.
Ventilation Openings
- Use a vacuum cleaner or a dust cloth to remove dust and dirt from the ventilation areas.
Plastic Parts
- Wipe parts gently with a slightly damp cloth and a mild solution of dish soap and warm water.
- NEVER use abrasive materials, liquid sprays, or cleaning agents that could scratch the surface.
Maintenance
CAUTION: DO NOT OPEN! Risk of electric shock! No user-serviceable parts inside!
Electrical and Moving Parts:
- The fan motors are lubricated at the factory and do not require further lubrication.
- Electrical components are integrated into the fireplace and are not to be serviced by the user.
Storage
- Store the fireplace in a dry and clean place when not in use.
CAUTION: Do not tamper with the internal or electrical parts. Do not open the unit yourself.
Troubleshooting
CAUTION: Fully switch off the unit and allow it to cool down before any service.
To remove the glass, you must remove two screws on the top side (right and left) of the fireplace. Once the screws are removed, slide the glass upwards and away from the fireplace. Once the lower frame plate is removed, you will see a flame motor on the right side where the rod with the rubber stopper should be.
Please remember to disconnect the unit from the power supply before any cleaning, maintenance, etc. Place the unit and the glass on a towel or other material to avoid damaging the parts.
This entire process should not take longer than 20-30 minutes.
