1.0 OVERVIEW
This board interface is used for the connection between MASSO-G3 CNC and C34 Board.
2.0 FEATURES
- Enable and disable the drives.
- RJ45 connectors for the axes.
- Electromechanical relay reflects the ACTIVE / FAULT Status of a servo.
- Power terminal (12VDC /24VDC).
- Status LEDs for fault axis and relay status.
3.0 BOARD DESCRIPTION
The board features several components and connectors. A green power terminal block is present, labeled 'POWER TERMINAL 12/24VDC'. A 'SELECT JUMPER' is indicated, with jumper positions labeled 'OFF ON'. An 'ELECTROMECHANICAL RELAY REFLECTS THE ACTIVE / FAULT STATUS OF A SERVO' is prominently displayed. Status indicator LEDs are present. Five 'AXES OUTPUT' RJ45 connectors, labeled X, Y, Z, A, and B, are arranged horizontally, each with associated jumper settings ('OFF ON').
4.0 TERMINAL POWER
Regulated +12VDC or +24VDC is required to power this board.
WARNING: Check the polarity and voltage of the external power source and connect the 12VDC and GND. Overvoltage or reverse-polarity power applied to these terminals can cause damage to the board, and/or the power source.
The power input is a green terminal block labeled 'POWER 12 GND 24U', with a further label 'POWER TERMINAL 12/24VDC'.
5.0 CABLE DETECT JUMPER
The system will detect a cable disconnect if a jumper is set to ON.
Jumper configurations for cable detection are illustrated:
- 1-2:OFF: For each of the five axes (X, Y, Z, A, B), the jumper is set to 'OFF' for pins 1-2.
- 2-3:ON: For each of the five axes (X, Y, Z, A, B), the jumper is set to 'ON' for pins 2-3.
6.0 PINOUT
The board provides five RJ45 connectors (RJ45_1 through RJ45_5) for axis output, each with associated jumper settings.
