Connectivity and Usage

2.4 GHz WiFi Connection

To connect via 2.4 GHz WiFi:

1. Set the headset to 2.4 GHz WiFi mode using the switch (10).
2. Turn on the headset using the POWER button (2). The indicator light (11) will blink green.
3. Plug the 2.4 GHz USB/USB-C receiver (8) into a USB port on your computer or console.
4. Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish. The indicator light (11) will stop blinking and remain solid green.

Bluetooth Connection

To connect via Bluetooth:

1. Set the headset to Bluetooth mode using the switch (10).
2. Turn on the headset using the POWER button (2). The indicator light (11) will blink blue.
3. Search for and select 'EG-H20-BT' from the nearby devices on your computer or console.
4. Once the connection is successful, the indicator light (11) will stop blinking and remain steady blue.

Wired Connection

For wired use, ensure the headset is not connected via 2.4 GHz WiFi or Bluetooth.

1. Plug the included 3.5 mm jack cable into the 3.5 mm jack port on the headset (5).
2. Connect the other end to a 3.5 mm jack port on your computer or console.
3. In wired mode, all buttons and functions of the headset are inactive.

Troubleshooting

Re-pairing the Headset with the 2.4 GHz USB WiFi Receiver

If the connection with the 2.4 GHz USB WiFi receiver is lost, follow these steps to re-pair:

1. Turn off the headset and unplug the 2.4 GHz USB WiFi receiver.
2. Press and hold the POWER (2) and 7.1 Mode (4) buttons until you hear a 'Pairing' sound. The indicator light (11) will blink rapidly in green.
3. Plug the 2.4 GHz USB WiFi receiver back into your device or console and wait a few seconds.
4. Once the connection is established, the indicator light (11) will stop blinking and remain solid green.
