Samsung and Ocean Saver Terms and Conditions

(Pricing is at the sole discretion of the retailer)

VALID: 18 August 2025 00:00 BST to 03 October 2025 23:59 BST or upon Redemption of all 360 Rewards (as set out and defined below), whichever date comes first.

Promoter and Data Controller: OceanSaver UK Ltd.

This promotion is open to residents of the UK (excluding Republic of Ireland) aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. This promotion is only available to consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller).

The reward of this promotion shall be 100 free OceanSaver® PEARL Dishwasher Tablets (the “Reward”).

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

One Reward per qualifying purchase.

1. Offer Validity

This offer will only be valid if you purchase one of the following models of a Samsung dishwasher from a participating retailer as listed in Annex 6 between 18 August 2025 and 3rd October 2025 in the UK:

2. Reward Availability

There will be a total of 360 Rewards offered throughout the promotion. Please note that the Promotion ends upon Redemption of all 360 Rewards or after 3rd October 2025, whichever dates comes first.

3. Redemption Process

To redeem your dishwasher tablets (a “Redemption”):

1. Complete and submit the online contact form at https://www.ocean-saver.com/Samsung including your first name, last name, email address, which model of dishwasher you purchased, which retailer the washing machine was purchased from, and proof of purchase i.e. serial number of the qualifying Samsung dishwasher and a copy of the original till receipt (a "Claim").
2. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email containing your links which will guide you through placing an order for your Reward.
3. Once you have received this email, you will have exactly 30 days from the day the email was received to place an order for your product offer before it expires. There will be a reminder to use your offer 15 days before it expires. Order forms received any later than 30 days after the email was received will not be eligible.

4. General Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants' personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant's details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ocean-saver.com/pages/privacy-cookie-policy.
2. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit the Promoter's liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence).
3. Ocean Saver dishwasher tablets are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
4. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
