Regular Maintenance
To ensure optimal print quality, always maintain the cutting module in the best possible condition.
Module Mounting Position
- Check if the module is securely fixed in its designated position.
- Also, verify the tightness of the lock. If it feels loose, tighten the screw slightly.
Cutter Mount
- Regularly clean debris and dust from around the cutter mount.
- Accumulated dust or debris can impede cutter rotation, potentially preventing cutting operations.
Consumables
- Check the cushion's viscosity. If the viscosity decreases, the material may not be secured firmly. Replace the cushion in such cases.
- The cutter blade may be worn. Replace it based on its condition.
- Cutter wear can be accelerated depending on the material used. Always check the cutter's sharpness and determine if replacement is necessary.
