Introduction
The VEO-XPT44A is a professional HDBaseT extension kit that includes a transmitter and a receiver. It allows extending a 4K video signal up to 40m or a Full HD signal up to 70m over a single Cat 5e/6 cable. It supports 4K video signals at 60Hz with 4:4:4 YUV chroma subsampling and HDR10. The transmitter includes an HDMI loop output for monitoring or daisy-chain connection. A stereo unbalanced output on a Euroblock connector is available on both the transmitter and the receiver for easy integration. Additionally, the VEO-XPT44A includes a bidirectional PoH feature, allowing the transmitter to be powered by the receiver and vice versa. With a reduced form factor and the added features of RS-232 and bidirectional IR, this kit is a perfect solution for any application where AV and control extensions are required.

Device Connection Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates a typical setup. A source device (like a DVD or Blu-ray player) connects via HDMI to the VEO-XPT44A Transmitter. The Transmitter has an HDMI loop-out to a TV/Monitor, an IR Extender connected to its IR-Out port, and RS-232/Audio connections. The Transmitter is linked to the VEO-XPT44A Receiver via a CAT 5e/6a/7 cable. The Receiver outputs the signal via HDMI to another TV/Monitor, receives IR signals from an IR Extender connected to its IR-In port, and has RS-232/Audio connections. An amplifier can be connected to the audio ports on either unit. A single 24VDC power supply powers the system, connected to either the transmitter or receiver.
Mechanical Diagram
The mechanical diagram shows the physical dimensions and port layout of the Ecler VEO-XPT44A units. The transmitter and receiver are compact rectangular devices. Dimensions are approximately 154.4mm (length) x 78.3mm (width) x 20mm (height). Port layouts are detailed on the front and rear panels, including HDMI, IR, DC power, USB, RS-232, and CAT5e/6/7 connectors.
