Quick Start Guide

Please read this Quick Start Guide carefully and keep it for future use.

Wear

Take out the earphones and place the Monster Open Ear AC317 behind your ears and gently rotate them to a comfortable position to ensure the best possible wearing and sound quality experience.

Power On/Off

Open the cover of the charging case, pick up the earphone, and the earphone will turn on automatically. Put the earphones into the charging case, close the cover, and the earphones will automatically turn off and charge.

Pairing

Pick up the earphones and they turn on automatically. For new device connection, please turn on Bluetooth and search for "Monster Open Ear AC317" to pair. After the connection is successful, you will hear the system voice prompt.

Volume Control

Turn down the volume: While the music is playing, press the touch multifunction button on the left earphone.

Turn up the volume: While the music is playing, press the touch multifunction button on the right earphone.

Call

Answer/end a call: Tap twice (left or right).

Reject an incoming call: When an incoming call comes, press and hold for 2 seconds (left or right).

Music

Play/pause music: Double click the touch multi-function button (left or right).

Previous: In connected mobile phone status, tap 3 times of the left earphone.

Next: In connected mobile phone status, tap 3 times of the right earphone.

Voice Assistant

When the phone is connected, press and hold for 2 seconds to wake up the voice assistant (both left and right earphone can operate).

Charging Case Charging

Use the USB-C charging cable provided with the product to charge, and the charging case indicator shows the charging status. When the charging case is fully charged, the charging case indicator lights up.

Reset

When the earphones are not connected, press both earphones 5 times at the same time. After clearing the pairing record between the earphones and the mobile phone (not clearing the left and right earphone), the indicator light of the earphones will light up for 2 seconds and then turn off. Put the earphones into the charging case and then take them out. The earphones will turn on and enter the device searching and pairing mode. If no new device is connected within 3 minutes, the earphones will automatically turn off.

EASY SETUP

  1. Download the APP:
    • For iPhones, search for "Monster Audio" in the App Store.
    • Android phones can search for "Monster Audio" in the Google Play Store.
    • Scan the QR code below to download.
  2. Open the APP to complete registration and login.
  3. Click the "Add Device" button on the APP's home page (ensure earbuds are connected in your phone's Bluetooth menu first).
  4. Follow the APP interface prompts to complete the device connection.
