- 3. This product contains a rechargeable battery. Do not attempt to replace it yourself.
- 4. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning this product.
- 5. Be mindful of dust and humidity during storage and use.
- 6. To ensure accurate audio capture, do not cover the built-in microphone on the main unit.
Product Overview
The BY-V is a lightweight and portable 2.4 GHz wireless microphone system that provides high-quality audio. It supports 1:2 multi-user scenarios and is suitable for content creation, live streaming, vlogging, and mobile journalism.
The compact and lightweight transmitter features a built-in microphone that can be easily clipped onto clothing. Its 360° rotatable belt clip allows users to flexibly adjust the transmitter's position on their clothing. The BY-V offers various preset settings and supports USB-C, Lightning, and 3.5mm TRS outputs, ensuring wide compatibility with devices like smartphones, computers, and cameras. All three receiver types have a function that allows them to act as a speaker, enabling audio playback without removing the receiver during recording. When connecting the USB-C and Lightning receivers to a smartphone, you can charge the smartphone via the USB-C port. The 3.5mm TRS receiver allows you to set mono or stereo recording modes, providing flexibility for different recording scenarios.
Each transmitter supports an extended battery life of up to 9 hours on a single charge. Combined with the charging case, it provides mobile power for the transmitters anytime, anywhere, quickly resolving charging issues and enhancing portability.

Product Components
Transmitter (BY-V-TX)

- 1. Built-in Microphone: The primary microphone for capturing audio.

- 3. Noise Reduction Button: Press to toggle noise reduction function on/off. Note: Noise reduction cannot be used when mute is on or when the transmitter is not connected to a receiver.
- 4. Power Button: Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn the power on or off. When the power is on, press to toggle mute on/off. Note: The transmitter automatically powers on when removed from the charging case and automatically shuts down when returned. If the transmitter and receiver are not connected, the transmitter will automatically shut down after 10 minutes. Mute function is not available if the transmitter and receiver are not connected.
- 5. Belt Clip: Can be rotated 360°.
- 6. USB-C Charging Port: Used for charging the transmitter.
- 7. Charging Pins: Connect to the pins in the charging case to charge the transmitter.
- 8. Foam Windscreen: Helps reduce wind noise.
3.5mm TRS Receiver (BY-V-RX)

- 1. USB-C Data Port: Used for charging the receiver and for connecting to smartphones to transmit audio recorded by the transmitter.
- 2. Power Button: Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn the power on or off.
- 3. Volume+ / Smartphone Speaker Button: Press to increase volume. Press and hold for 3 seconds to toggle the speaker function on/off. When connected to a smartphone, this allows audio playback through the receiver's speaker without needing to disconnect it. If the speaker function is needed for video playback, press the speaker button for 3 seconds. Note: This speaker function is supported when the receiver is connected to a smartphone via the USB-C data port. It is not supported when connected to a camera via the 3.5mm TRS output jack.
- 4. Volume- / Recording Mode Switch Button: Press to decrease volume. Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch between mono and stereo recording modes.
- 5. Function Indicator: Displays the current mode or status.
- Function: Mono Mode, Indicator: Solid blue.
- Function: Stereo Mode, Indicator: Solid green.
- Function: Volume Up/Down, Indicator: Flashes quickly 1, 2, or 3 times for gain levels.
- 6. Status Indicator: Displays connection and battery status.
- Status: Unconnected, Indicator: Red and blue indicators flash alternately.
- Status: Connection Successful, Indicator: Solid blue.
- Status: Smartphone Speaker On, Indicator: Blue light flashes 3 times.
- Status: Low Battery, Indicator: Red light flashes (5 seconds/1 time).
- Status: Shutting down mode charging, Indicator: Solid red.
- Status: Charging complete, Indicator: Red light is off.
- 7. Charging Pins: Connect to the pins in the charging case to charge the receiver.
- 8. Belt Clip: The receiver can be attached to a camera.
- 9. 3.5mm TRS Output Jack: Connect the receiver to a camera's input using the included 3.5mm TRS to TRS cable to transmit audio recorded by the transmitter to the camera.
USB-C Receiver (BY-V-RXU)

Lightning Receiver (BY-V-RXD)

- 1. MFi Certified Lightning Connector: Connects to devices with a Lightning port.
- 2. USB-C Charging Port: When the receiver is plugged into an external device, this port can supply power to the external device.

Charging Case (BY-V-CC / BY-V-CCC)

- 1. Transmitter Slot: Holds and charges transmitters.
- 2. Receiver Slot: Holds and charges receivers.

When the charging case is not powered, and transmitters/receivers are placed inside, the indicators show the current battery level of the charging case. Each of the four indicators represents 25% of the battery level. Note: If indicator 1 is flashing, the charging case is in a low battery state; please charge the charging case immediately.
- 5. USB-C Charging Port: Used for charging the charging case.
How to Use
This section applies to BY-V3 combo, BY-V30, BY-V3, BY-V20, BY-V2, BY-V10, BY-V1 kits.
- Remove the transmitter from the charging case; it will power on automatically. Clip it to your collar using the belt clip.
- Connect the BY-V-RXU receiver to a device with a USB-C port, or the BY-V-RXD receiver to a device with a Lightning port.

- Launch a video recording or audio recording application on your device.
- Some smartphones use their internal microphone by default. You may need to switch to the external microphone (BY-V).
- Start recording.
BY-V35 Kit Usage
- Camera Use: Connect the receiver's 3.5mm TRS output jack to the camera's input using the included 3.5mm TRS to TRS cable. The audio recorded by the transmitter will be transmitted to the camera. Refer to the camera's manual for instructions on starting recording.

The audio from the transmitter can be transmitted to the smartphone. Recording can begin by launching a video recording or audio recording application on the device. Some smartphones use their internal microphone by default, requiring a switch to the external microphone (BY-V).
Tips
- It is recommended to perform a short recording test to check if the audio level is within an acceptable range before formal recording.
- If there is noise in the recording environment, you can press the NR button (Noise Reduction button) on the transmitter to turn on the noise reduction mode, which can improve recording quality.
Usage Precautions
The 2.4 GHz frequency band is prone to interference. Please avoid obstacles such as walls and buildings as much as possible. Do not place the device near other 2.4 GHz devices, such as high-power Wi-Fi routers or radios.

Product Cannot Connect
Ensure the transmitter is connected to the receiver. When connecting to multiple receivers, the transmitter does not specify which receiver it connects to.
No Sound from Product
- Check if the product is connected correctly and if the connector is loose.
- Ensure the transmitter is not in mute status. Check the transmitter's indicator; if it is flashing blue slowly, press the power button to unmute.
Sound Cuts Out Frequently Due to Limited Range
Check for interference between the transmitter and receiver, move the product's position, and test again. If the sound continues to cut out frequently, please contact customer service.
Product Shuts Down Automatically
If the transmitter and receiver are not connected, the transmitter will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.
Product Does Not Power On
Check if the product has been used for a long time, if the battery is depleted, or connect the charging cable for circuit activation.
Charging Case Cannot Charge Product
- Ensure the charging case is charged and has sufficient power to charge the product.
- Clean the charging pins on the product and the charging case with a clean cloth to prevent poor contact due to dust.
- Check if the magnetic force has deteriorated. Press the product firmly against the charging case pins to ensure complete contact. If charging still fails, please contact customer service.
