Samsung Galaxy A06 | A16 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of the Samsung Galaxy A06 | A16 during the period starting from January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, or until stock lasts, from Samsung stores or authorized retail stores or the Samsung e-store in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Customers will receive a set of gifts and services, including:

• 1. Reduced insurance on the internal screen for 12 months.

Screen Insurance Offer

For purchases of the Galaxy A06 | A16, the insurance offer is valid for purchases made during the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

• The insurance is valid for the screen for 12 months from the date of purchase during the offer period mentioned above.
• Screens will be replaced in case of breakage only at authorized Samsung service centers. You can find their locations via this link: https://www.samsung.com/eg/support/service-center
• The insurance covers one-time screen replacement for the phone in case of breakage.
• The customer will bear 20% of the screen repair cost according to the announced screen repair prices for the Galaxy A06 | A16 at authorized Samsung service centers.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid from January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025, or until stock lasts.
2. This offer is valid only for Galaxy A06 | A16 phones purchased from Samsung stores, authorized retail stores, or the Samsung e-store in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with a local warranty in the Arab Republic of Egypt only.
3. The customer's utilization of the offer is the customer's responsibility. Samsung is not responsible for any loss and/or damage that may affect the customer, of any kind, that arises from or is related to this offer.
4. Samsung will not bear any responsibility towards the customer or installment service providers for any costs and damages of any kind related to the purchase or resulting from the use and/or inability of the customer to use this offer or for any other reason.
5. Samsung is not responsible for the quality of services and products provided by participating companies in this offer.
6. Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make any modification, cancellation, or addition to any of these terms and conditions, exceptionally, at any time without giving reasons.
7. In case of purchasing products on installments through installment service providers, Samsung will not bear any responsibility towards the customer or installment service providers for any costs and damages of any kind related to the purchase or resulting from the use and/or inability of the customer to use this offer or for the failure of installment service providers or customers to fulfill their obligations or for any other reason.
8. Neither Samsung nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, nor authorized distributors shall be liable in any way to fulfill any purchase order in case of a sovereign decision or any change in laws or regulations that may affect the import of the product purchased from Samsung Egypt.
9. Any dispute, regardless of its nature, whether directly or indirectly related to these terms and conditions, or to the customer's participation in the offer, shall be subject to and interpreted by the laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and shall be resolved and settled and considered by the competent courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
10. In case of returning or exchanging the product, the customer must return the product and all its accessories and the gift (if any) in the same condition as received, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the product's value.
