Battery Warnings
General Battery Safety:
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged!
- Do not open batteries!
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire!
- Do not mix old and new batteries!
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries!
- Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the toy before being charged!
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision!
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited!
Cooling and Overheating:
- Let the model cool off sufficiently after each use before putting it back into operation.
- When changing batteries, allow a cooling phase of at least 10 minutes before operating the model again.
- Overheating can damage electronics or cause a fire hazard.
General Safety Measures
- Keep hands away from moving parts.
- Use only under direct supervision of an adult!
- Battery Status: If batteries are depleted, replace them.
- Polarity: Pay attention to the correct polarity when inserting batteries.
- Frequency Interference: Be aware of frequencies in your environment.
- Environmental Conditions: Do not operate in rain, snow, wetness, or sand.
- Traffic Safety: Never drive on roads or areas used by real vehicles.
- Range: Never operate out of the reach of your remote control. Stay within sight.
- Temperature: Do not expose to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
- Cleaning: Clean by using a damp cloth.
- Storage: Store batteries/battery packs separately when not in use. Do not store batteries in the model.
Disposal Information
Battery Disposal: Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in domestic waste but must be disposed of separately. You are obliged to dispose of old batteries appropriately (separate collection). Return used batteries free of charge to retail stores. Batteries may contain substances that are irritant, can cause allergies, or are highly reactive. Separate collection and proper recycling are important for the environment and your health. If batteries are marked with Hg, Cd, or Pb below the crossed-out waste bin symbol, they contain more than 0.0005% mercury (Hg), 0.002% cadmium (Cd), or 0.004% lead (Pb).
Electrical Equipment Disposal: Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in domestic waste and must be disposed of separately. Remove batteries (if possible) and dispose of the electrical equipment at communal collection points. If personal data is stored on the equipment, remove it yourself.
Technical Specifications
- Frequency Bands: 2400MHz to 2483.5MHz
