3. Safety Instructions
3.1 Usage
Follow basic precautions when using this product:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Close supervision is necessary when used near children to reduce the risk of injury.
- Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
- Using attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
- To reduce risk of damage to the plug and cord, pull the plug, not the cord, when disconnecting.
- Do not use a damaged or modified battery pack or appliance. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior, leading to fire, explosion, or injury.
- Do not operate with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
- Do not disassemble the power pack. Seek qualified service for repair. Incorrect reassembly may result in fire or electric shock.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the power pack before attempting any servicing.
3.2 Personal Precautions
- Keep fresh water and soap nearby in case of battery acid contact with skin, clothing, or eyes.
- Wear complete eye protection and clothing protection. Avoid touching eyes while working near the battery.
- If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If acid enters the eye, flood with running cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
- NEVER smoke or allow sparks or flames near the battery or engine.
- Be cautious to avoid dropping metal tools onto the battery, which could cause sparks or short-circuit, potentially leading to an explosion.
- When charging the internal battery, work in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation.
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery. Avoid contact. If contact occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, seek medical help.
- Do not expose the power pack to fire or excessive temperatures (above 265°F/130°C), which may cause explosion.
- Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts to maintain product safety.
3.3 Disposal Guide
- If conditions permit, fully discharge the battery before disposing it in a designated battery recycling bin. Disposal in ordinary trash cans is prohibited due to potentially dangerous chemicals. Follow local laws and regulations for battery recycling and disposal.
- If the battery cannot be fully discharged due to product failure, do not dispose of it directly in a battery recycling box. Contact a professional battery recycling company for further processing.
- Dispose of over-discharged batteries that cannot be recharged properly.

5. Product Operating Instructions
5.1 Power & Function On/Off
- Power On: Short press any button to power on the product. The LCD screen and battery level indicator will light up.
- Power Off: Turn off all outputs manually. The product enters standby and will shut down after 30 minutes.
- AC Output On/Off: Short press the AC button.
- DC Output On/Off: Short press the DC button to use the 12V DC output.
- USB-A & USB-C On/Off: Short press the USB button.
Warm Tips:
- Auto Shut-off Feature: If any output switch is on, the battery provides continuous output for 6 hours. After 6 hours, it detects load current for another 2 hours. It shuts down automatically if no load is detected within 2 hours. If a load is detected, it continues output. If the load is turned on and off within 2 hours, load detection restarts for 2 hours after the load is turned off.
- V-Beyond Technology: Allows running devices over 1800 watts, up to 3600 watts. It lowers output voltage to prevent overload protection, suitable for resistive loads like lights, space heaters, toasters, ovens, and coffee makers. Not suitable for complex electronics like computers, TVs, or refrigerators.

Recharge by Wall Charger: Use the provided AC adapter. Recharging time is about 4 hours.
Recharge by Car Charger: Use the DC Input Port with a 12V car charger. Recharging time is about 9-13 hours.
Recharge by Solar Panel: Connect a Vtoman VS400 400W Solar Panel. Recharging time is about 4-8 hours (depending on sunlight intensity). Ensure your solar panel's working voltage is between 12-60V and has a DC5521 connector or adapter.
5.3 Battery Capacity Expansion
Expand capacity from 1548Wh to 3096Wh with the Jump 1500 Extra Battery (sold separately), connected via a CP3500 cable. ⚠️Caution: The CP3500 cable can get hot during use; avoid touching it to prevent scalding.
5.4 Use of LED Flashlight
The Jump 1800 features a 5-mode LED flashlight:
- Weak Light Mode: Short press the LED button.
- Medium Light Mode: Press the LED button twice.
- Strong Light Mode: Press the LED button three times.
- Strobe Mode: Press the LED button four times.
- SOS Mode: Press the LED button five times. Press again to turn off.

- What devices can the Jump 1800 power? It can power devices with rated power up to 1800W. With V-Beyond Technology, it can run resistive loads over 1800W (up to 3600W) like lights, space heaters, toasters, ovens, and coffee makers.
- How to know the working time for my device? Working time = 1548Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
- How long can Jump 1800 charge my devices? The charging time is shown on the product's LCD Screen and can be used to estimate charging time for appliances with stable power usage.
- Can the Jump 1800 be charged while using? Yes, it supports pass-through charging.
- Can the Jump 1800 be used as a UPS? No, it requires manual button presses to turn on AC/DC/USB outputs and cannot turn on automatically.
- Are the DC output ports regulated 12V? Yes, the 2 DC5521 ports and 1 cigarette lighter port are regulated 12V, with a total output of 120W (single port max 120W).
- What kind of solar panel does Jump 1800 support? Solar panels must have a working voltage between 12V-60V and a DC5521 connector or adapter. For MC4 connectors, use an MC4 to DC5521 adapter cable. It's recommended to use the Vtoman VS400 400W solar panel.

8. Storage & Maintenance
- Before storing, turn off the product and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature, away from water, heat, and metal objects.
- For long-term storage, discharge the battery to 60%-80% and recharge it every 2-3 months to extend its battery life.
- For daily use, charge the battery to about 90% and discharge to about 10%.
- Store the product in an environment temperature between 68°F to 86°F. Avoid temperatures higher than 113°F or lower than 14°F for extended periods.
- Clean the product by wiping gently with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
9. Warranty
Note: Warranty is provided for products purchased directly from Amazon or the Vtoman website.
Vtoman warrants to the original consumer that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the applicable warranty period, subject to the "Exclusions" clause.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for the Vtoman Jump 1800 Portable Power Station is 24 months from the date of purchase, verified by a sales receipt or other documentary proof.
Exchange
If Vtoman products fail due to defects in workmanship or materials during the warranty period, Vtoman will provide a free replacement. The replacement product will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Refund
Vtoman offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased directly from Vtoman. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all materials, in new or as-new condition, within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Exclusions
Vtoman's warranty does not apply to:
- Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use for unauthorized purposes.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized organizations.
- Appearance damage due to use.
- Non-original consumer purchasers.
- Battery cells.
