3. Safety Instructions

3.1 Usage

When using this product, follow these basic precautions:

  1. Read all instructions before using the product.
  2. Close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children to reduce the risk of injury.
  3. Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
  4. Use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
  5. To reduce risk of damage to the electric plug and cord, pull the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting.
  6. Do not use a damaged or modified battery pack or appliance. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior, resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
  7. Do not operate the power pack with a damaged cord or plug, or a damaged output cable.
  8. Do not disassemble the power pack. Take it to a qualified service person for service or repair. Incorrect reassembly may result in fire or electric shock.
  9. To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the power pack from the outlet before attempting any servicing.

3.2 Personal Precautions

  1. Have plenty of fresh water and soap nearby in case battery acid contacts skin, clothing, or eyes.
  2. Wear complete eye protection and clothing protection. Avoid touching eyes while working near the battery.
  3. If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If acid enters the eye, immediately flood the eye with running cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
  4. NEVER smoke or allow a spark or flame in the vicinity of the battery or engine.
  5. Be extra cautious to reduce the risk of dropping a metal tool onto the battery. It might spark or short-circuit the battery or other electrical parts, potentially causing an explosion.
  6. When charging the internal battery, work in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation.
  7. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, seek medical help.
  8. Do not expose the power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 265°F (130°C) may cause explosion.
  9. Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts to ensure product safety.

3.3 Disposal Guide

  1. If conditions permit, ensure the battery is fully discharged before disposing of it in a designated battery recycling bin. The product contains batteries with potentially dangerous chemicals, so disposal in ordinary trash cans is strictly prohibited. Follow local laws and regulations for battery recycling and disposal.
  2. If the battery cannot be fully discharged due to a product failure, do not dispose of it directly in the battery recycling box. Contact a professional battery recycling company for further processing.
  3. Dispose of over-discharged batteries that cannot be recharged.

If the load is turned on and then off within 2 hours, load detection restarts for 2 hours after the load is turned off.
  2. 600W Constant-power Feature: If the total operating power of connected devices exceeds the 600W rated power, the Jump 600X will not automatically disconnect AC output but will continue to output at a constant 600W. This may not apply to appliances with strict voltage requirements.

6. FAQs

  1. What devices can the Jump 600X power? The AC output ports can power devices and appliances with a rated power less than 600W. If the total operating power exceeds 600W, it will continue to output at a constant 600W, but this may not apply to all appliances, especially those with strict voltage requirements.
  2. How to know the working time for my device? Working time = 299Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
  3. How long can Jump 600X charge my devices? The charging time is shown on the product's LCD Screen and can be used to estimate charging time for most appliances with stable power usage.
  4. Can the Jump 600X be charged while using? Yes, it supports pass-through charging, but this is not recommended as it may damage battery life.
  5. Can the Jump 600X be used as a UPS? No, it cannot be used as a UPS because the AC/DC/USB output requires manual button presses to turn on and does not turn on automatically.
  6. Are the DC output ports regulated 12V? Yes, the 2 DC5521 output ports and 1 cigarette lighter are regulated 12V. The specifications are 12V/10A, with a maximum output power of 120W in total (single port max 120W, 3 ports total max 120W).
  7. How many watts solar panel can Jump 600X support? There is no limit to the solar panel's maximum power, provided it meets these conditions: 1) Open circuit voltage is 12-30V; 2) The solar panel has a DC5521 connector (male), or can be converted to a DC5521 interface (e.g., using an MC4 to DC5521 adapter cable).
  8. Does Jump 600X have MPPT feature? Yes, all Vtoman power stations have a built-in MPPT feature. You do not need an extra MPPT controller to connect your solar panel.
