Warranty Terms
HMS provides a 24-month guarantee from the date of sale within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The guarantee will be honored by the shop or service center upon presentation of a correctly completed warranty card and valid proof of purchase.
Defects discovered during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within 21 days from the date of delivery to the service center. This period may be extended up to 90 days for parts import.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, damage from improper use or storage, improper assembly/maintenance, or wear and tear of components. The warranty is void in case of expiry, self-repair, or failure to follow operating rules.
Products returned for repair must be complete and clean. Installation and maintenance work, as per the user manual, is the user's responsibility.
