Warranty Information
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of sale.
Warranty Honored By: Shop or service center upon presentation of a legibly and correctly completed warranty card with sales stamp and seller's signature, and a valid proof of purchase.
Repair Time: Defects will be repaired free of charge within a maximum of 21 days from the date of delivery to the service. This period may be extended by up to 90 days for imported parts.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Mechanical damage and defects caused by them.
- Damages and defects resulting from improper use and storage.
- Improper assembly and maintenance.
- Damage and wear of components such as cables, straps, rubber parts, pedals, sponge grips, wheels, bearings, etc.
Warranty Void Conditions:
- Expiry date.
- Self-repair.
- Failure to observe the rules of correct operation.
Repair Requirements: Product returned for repair should be complete and clean. Service may refuse acceptance for repair if the product is dirty or incomplete.
Exclusions: Installation and maintenance work not covered.
Post-Warranty Service: Guarantor also provides post-warranty service.
Shipping: Goods should be protected for shipping.
