General Information and Safety

Assembly Warning: Assembly should be carried out by a qualified person.

Cleaning: Dirtiness that settles on the diffuser due to normal operation should be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

WEEE Disposal: This product is marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste container on wheels. This indicates that the equipment, after its service life, cannot be disposed of with household waste. The user is obliged to return it to entities collecting used electric and electronic equipment. Proper handling contributes to avoiding harmful consequences for human health and the environment.

COMPACT LED EVO Series Installation

Step 1: Power Off

Ensure the power is OFF before proceeding. Visual: A power symbol `?` with a line through it, and a hand disconnecting a power plug.

Step 2: Fixture Preparation and Dimensions

Prepare the installation site. Visual: Diagrams showing fixture dimensions (e.g., 595 x 595 x 66 mm) and a saw icon `[saw-icon]` indicating preparation for recessing or surface mounting.

Step 3: Fixture Mounting and Wiring

Open the fixture and connect the wiring. Visual: Diagrams showing how to open the fixture, access the terminal block, and connect wires. Wire connections are labeled L (Line), N (Neutral), and PE (Protective Earth).

Step 3A: Standard Wiring

Standard wiring connection for L and N.

Step 3B: DALI with SWITCH DIMM Wiring

Wiring for DALI control with SWITCH DIMM functionality. Connections include L, N, DA+, DA-, and E (Earth).

Step 4A-D: Sensor Options (CZUJNIK / SENSOR RCR)

Installation of optional sensor modules. Visual: Diagrams show sensor module connections with terminals for L, N, and the sensor output (RCR). Maximum load for the sensor is indicated as L' max 200W.

Step 5A-E: Emergency/AW Module Installation

Installation of the Emergency/AW module. Visual: Diagrams illustrate connecting the battery and wiring the module. The module operates on 220-240 VAC. Connections include L, N, and PE.

Step 6: Detachable Junction Box

The fixture may include a detachable junction box for easier wiring.

Step 7 & 8: Emergency Module Autotest

Information on the Emergency Module (AW) Autotest function. Visual: Diagrams show the power status (OFF/ON) and test results for 'TEST A' (OK/NEGATIVE) and 'TEST B' (OK/FAILED/NEGATIVE). The autotest runs periodically (e.g., every 30 days or after 12 TEST A cycles).

Step 9: IP65 Version Wiring

Specific wiring instructions for the IP65 version. Visual: Diagrams show cable gland installation for cables with diameters Ø=6-10mm, using H07RN-F 3x1m² or H07RN-F 2x1m² cables.

General Warnings for COMPACT LED EVO Series

• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. The fixture must be replaced if the light source is worn out.
• The fixture is non-separable. Removal of the diffuser or other non-separable parts is dangerous and may be life-threatening. If any part of the fixture is damaged, it must be disposed of according to product descriptions.
• Do not cover the luminaire with insulation mats or other materials. Ensure at least 10 cm (approx. 4 inches) of free space around the installed luminaire for ventilation.

GK HOOK / ZACZEP GK Installation

Step 1: Power Off

Ensure the power is OFF. Visual: Power off symbol `?`.

Step 2: Installation Dimensions

Check installation dimensions. Visual: Diagrams showing dimensions of 585-590 mm and the GK Hook components.

Step 3: Mounting the Hooks

Mount the GK Hooks to the ceiling or surface. Visual: Diagrams show the hooks being attached with screws.

Step 4: Attaching the Fixture

Align and attach the LED fixture to the mounted hooks. Visual: Diagrams show the fixture being positioned onto the hooks.

Step 5: Securing the Fixture

Secure the fixture by engaging the 'CLICK!' mechanism. Visual: Diagrams illustrate the locking action.

Step 6: Installed Fixture

Visual: An image showing the successfully installed fixture.

Step 7: Power On

Turn the power ON. Visual: Power on symbol `?`.

ADAPTER KG 630x630 Installation

Step 1: Dimensions

Visual: Diagrams showing the adapter dimensions: 630x630 mm overall, with an internal mounting area of 580x580 mm.

Step 2: Surface Mounting Dimensions

Visual: Diagram showing surface mounting dimensions of 610x610 mm.

Step 3-5: Installation Steps

Visual: Diagrams illustrating the process of attaching the adapter to the ceiling/surface and then mounting the compatible LED fixture onto the adapter.

Step 6: Power Connection

Connect the AC 230V power supply.
