Bluetooth Pairing and Wearing

Bluetooth Pairing

Open the case lid. The earbuds will reconnect to the last paired device if paired before. If not paired or pairing is canceled, the earbuds enter pairing mode with a slow white light blink. Search for [TOZO NC3] on your phone and connect. ?

Wearing

1. Ensure the eartip is facing downwards, and then place the earbuds into your ears.

2. Rotate the earbuds towards the side of your auricle to fit snugly.

Available Eartip Sizes: XL, L, M, S, XS, XXS

Smart Touch Control

Controls are activated by pressing the touch area on the earbuds. Key: X1: Press once, X2: Press twice, X3: Press three times, Hold: Press and hold for 2 seconds.

Power On/Off

Power On

Open the lid; or press and hold the earbuds for 3 seconds.

Power Off

Place the earbuds back into the case and close the lid; or press and hold the earbuds for 5 seconds.

Reset

If only one earbud is working, please follow these steps:

Check if there is dirt on the charging pins of the earbuds. If so, please clean them.
If the issue persists after cleaning, place the earbuds in the charging case and open the lid. Hold down the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds (⏱️ 10"), then wait for another 10 seconds for the reset to complete.

After the reset, the earbuds should be ready for normal use once you open the lid. If this method does not work, repeat the steps above once again.

Charging

Charge the case via USB-C connector. (USB-C cable included ?)

The charging case displays the charging case battery level and the earbuds battery level.

Do not put wet earbuds into the charging case; fully dry off the earbuds before charging. ❌
