Standalone Time & Attendance Devices

To function effectively as a Time and Attendance solution, a device must meet several essential requirements. First, it must include a reliable method for identifying individuals, which can be achieved through biometric verification or PIN/card credentials. Next, the device must be capable of storing each transaction after identification, ensuring the data includes a unique identifier for the individual as well as the time and date of the interaction. Additionally, the device should feature an interface that displays the current time and date, and allows individuals to view their information after successful identification. Lastly, the device must support data export capabilities, either via USB or through integration with software, enabling seamless payroll processing and working hour calculations. ZKTeco's attendance devices meet all these requirements and go beyond, offering enhanced features to simplify and optimise attendance management with greater efficiency.
