Product Description
The water valve is a control component in the fluid transportation system, functioning as a shut-off, regulation, diversion, prevention of backflow, pressure stabilization, and overflow pressure relief. Water valves can control the flow of various fluids such as water, steam, oil, gas, slurry, corrosive media, liquid metals, and radioactive fluids.

Product Overview
The MOES Water Timer features a large screen for displaying information, a control dial with various settings, and several buttons for operation. It connects to a hose tap and controls water flow to two separate zones.
Key components:
- Large Screen: Displays current time, settings, and status indicators like battery level.
- Dial: Used to navigate and select different functions such as OFF, AUTO, Clock, Start Time, How Long, and How Often.

- [+] Button: Increases values or advances settings.
- [-] Button: Decreases values or rewinds settings.
- [OK] Button: Confirms selections, switches between hours/minutes, or starts/stops operations.
- [ZONE] Button: Selects between Zone 1 and Zone 2 for programming.
- Filter: Located at the top connection to the hose tap.
- Hose Tap Connection: Connects the timer to the water source.
- Zone 1 Outlet: For connecting a hose to the first watering zone.

Product Installation
1. Installing the Battery
1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the timer.
2. Install 2 new AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included).
3. Firmly reinstall the cover back into the timer.
2. Installing the Timer
1. Attach the timer to an outdoor hose faucet.
2. Turn on the tap after programming the timer.
Automatic Watering Program Setting
1. Set Clock
1. Turn the dial to the SET CLOCK position.
2. Use the [+] and [-] buttons to set the current hour and minutes.
3. Use the [OK] button to switch between setting the hour and the minutes.
4. Turn the dial to save changes.
2. Set Start Time
1. Turn the dial to the START TIME position.
2. Press the [ZONE] button to switch between Zone 1 and Zone 2.
3. Use the [+] and [-] buttons to set the desired start hour and minutes.
4. Use the [OK] button to switch between setting the hour and the minutes.
5. Turn the dial to save changes.
Note: If the START TIME is earlier than the current time (NOW), the scheduled task will be executed the next day.
3. Set How Long (Watering Duration)
1. Turn the dial to the HOW LONG position.
2. Press the [ZONE] button to switch between Zone 1 and Zone 2.
3. Use the [+] and [-] buttons to set the watering duration (from 0 minutes to 5 hours 59 minutes).
4. Use the [OK] button to switch between setting the hours and minutes.
5. Turn the dial to save changes.
Note: If HOW LONG is set to 0 minutes, the scheduled task will not be executed.
4. Set How Often (Watering Frequency)
1. Turn the dial to the HOW OFTEN position.
2. Press the [ZONE] button to switch between Zone 1 and Zone 2.
3. Use the [+] and [-] buttons to set the watering frequency (hours or days).
4. Turn the dial to save changes.
You can choose to water every 1 to 23 hours, or every 1 to 7 days.
Examples of watering frequencies:
- Every 1 day: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Every 2 days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Every 3 days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
5. Auto Mode
Turn the dial to AUTO. The watering plan will be executed automatically. The display will show the current day and time, followed by the next watering plan.
Note: If HOW LONG is set to 0 minutes, the NEXT display will show OFF.
6. OFF Mode
Turn the dial to OFF. The screen will show OFF and the battery level. All programs are saved, and the timer stops working.
Additional Features
Manual Watering
Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode.
1. Press the [OK] button and then use [+] or [-] to select watering duration from 0 to 59 minutes.
2. Press the [ZONE] button to switch between Zone 1 and Zone 2.
3. Press the [OK] button to start watering.
4. Pressing the [OK] button again will end the manual watering task, even if it is currently watering, and the timer will switch back to Auto mode.
For Zone 1 only: Set Zone 2 duration to 0 minutes.
For Zone 2 only: Set Zone 1 duration to 0 minutes.
Rain Delay
Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode.
1. Press and hold the [+] button for 5 seconds until the ☁️ (rain cloud) icon appears on the screen.
2. Use the [+] or [-] buttons to set the delay duration from 0 to 7 days.
3. Press the [OK] button to save changes.
4. To quit Rain Delay, press and hold the [+] button for 5 seconds again.
Child Lock
Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode.
Press and hold the [-] button for 5 seconds until the ? (lock) icon appears on the screen. To cancel the lock, press and hold the [-] button for 5 seconds again.
Battery Status
Battery status is displayed as:
- ? FULL
- ? LOW BATTERY
Note: When the low battery indicator appears, the valve will automatically close to prevent leakage. Replace the battery promptly to ensure normal operation.
Troubleshooting

Warranty Instructions
Thank you for purchasing the product. The warranty is granted as follows:
As a condition of using the warranty, you must comply with the following terms and procedures:
- Products are covered by a 24-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
- To exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must present: a) Warranty card, b) Proof of purchase (VAT invoice, financial receipt, or other document confirming the actual date of purchase), unless the purchase date is on the warranty card.
- If product quality problems occur within 24 months from the date of receipt, prepare the product and packaging and go to the place or store where you purchased it for after-sales maintenance. A maintenance fee will be charged if the product is damaged due to personal reasons.
- It is recommended to protect the goods properly during delivery using original packaging with padding. If using replacement packaging, ensure adequate protection and consider an impact warning sticker (e.g., "Warning Glass").
- Reported defects covered by the warranty will be considered within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Guarantor.
- After checking and determining the legality of the warranty claim, the Guarantor's services will repair the product within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. This deadline may extend if hard-to-find spare parts are required.
- The warranty does not cover performance of maintenance or similar operations specified in the user manual; users are obliged to do these themselves.
- Defects due to natural wear and tear during use are not covered.
- The warranty does not cover: a) Mechanical damage caused by the user's fault and resulting product defects. b) Damage caused by improper use of the product.
- Rights under the guarantee expire in the following circumstances: a) Removal of the warranty seal. b) Removal of the serial number. c) Attempts to eliminate physical defects outside of authorized service. d) Use of non-original parts and consumables.
