Charging

Completely dry the USB port before charging. To avoid any damage, use certified or the included USB-C charging cable and charger. Do not turn on the headphones while charging.

The headphones feature a USB-C charging port, typically located on one of the earcups. An indicator light near the port displays the charging status.

Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the power on or off. The power button is usually located on one of the earcups, often marked with power symbols and a [3 seconds] indicator.

Bluetooth Pairing

Pairing with a Device:

1. With the power off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Select 'Soundcore Life Tune' from the Bluetooth list on your device to connect.

Pairing with Another Device:

After successfully connecting to the first device, press the power button twice to pair with another device. This allows for multi-device connectivity.

Controls and Playback

Soundcore headphones can play music from only one mobile device at a time. To play from another connected device, first pause playback on the active device.

Each time the Soundcore headphones are turned on, they will automatically connect to the last successfully connected device within Bluetooth range.

Voice Assistant:

Activate Siri or other voice assistant software by pressing and holding the control button for 1 second [voice assistant].

NFC Mode

NFC (Near Field Communication) technology provides short-range wireless communication between various NFC-compatible devices, such as mobile phones and IC tags. If your Bluetooth device supports NFC, it can be easily connected to your headphones.

1. Enable the NFC function on your Bluetooth device (this feature may not be available on iOS devices).
2. Touch the right earcup of the headphones with the back of your Bluetooth device to initiate connection.

Audio Modes

Noise Cancellation Mode

To reduce ambient noise, enable Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) by pressing the NC button. Press the NC button again to turn it off.

Transparency Mode

Stay aware of your surroundings by passing through ambient sounds. Touch and hold the right earcup for 1 second to enable Transparency Mode.

AUX Mode

Play audio from an external device by connecting a 3.5 mm AUX cable. If the headphone battery is depleted, you can still listen to music via AUX, but Active Noise Cancellation will not be available.

Soundcore App

Download the Soundcore app to expand your device's capabilities and customize your listening experience.

• Equalizer Settings: The app offers over 20 equalizer presets for you to fully enjoy music in any genre.
• Noise Cancellation: Select an Active Noise Cancellation mode to reduce noise levels according to your environment:
  • Transport: Reduces low-frequency noise like engine or road sounds for serene commutes and travel.
  • Outdoor: Reduces ambient noise from the urban environment.
  • Indoor: Eliminates voices and mid-frequency noise in cafes and other indoor spaces.
• Transparency: Stay aware of your surroundings by passing through ambient sounds.
• White Noise: Create your own sound environment with white noise for relaxation.
• Firmware Update: You will be notified of new firmware versions when a new version is detected upon connecting the headphones to the app.

Reset

If you encounter connection or functionality issues, you may need to reset your headphones. Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the volume up button for 5 seconds, until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately twice.
