12. Bluetooth and Interference
Bluetooth Technology: Bluetooth is a short-range wireless technology operating in the 2.4GHz band. It typically has a range of up to 10 meters (33 feet) in open spaces without obstructions. Communication range can be significantly affected by physical obstacles (e.g., walls, metal objects, human body) and surrounding radio wave conditions.
Potential Interference:
- Bluetooth communication can experience noise, audio interruptions, or connection loss due to interference from other 2.4GHz devices (like Wi-Fi routers), microwave ovens, or other electronic devices generating electromagnetic waves.
- Obstructions such as human bodies between the earphones and the Bluetooth device can weaken the signal.
- Metal objects or walls between the earphones and the Bluetooth device can block the signal.
Precautions for Other Electronic Devices:
The radio waves emitted by Bluetooth devices can interfere with the operation of other electronic equipment. To prevent potential accidents, turn off Bluetooth devices or switch them to airplane mode in the following locations:
- Inside aircraft cabins (usage may be permitted during stable flight; check with the airline).
- Hospitals, near priority seating areas on trains, or in locations with flammable gases (e.g., gas stations).
- Areas with sensitive equipment like fire alarms or other sensors.
13. Precautions for Long-Term Use
Avoiding Over-discharge: The built-in rechargeable battery can degrade if left uncharged for extended periods. To prevent over-discharge, charge the battery approximately once a month if storing the product for a long time.
Preventing Deformation and Damage: Avoid applying prolonged force or weight to the earphones and accessories, as this may cause deformation or damage. Handle with care, as the product contains precision electronic components. Do not drop or strike the earphones.
Unsuitable Environments: Keep the product away from moisture, dust, high temperatures, direct sunlight, and hot car interiors. These conditions can damage the delicate electronic components.
Water Resistance: The earphone bodies have water-resistant treatment (equivalent to IPX4). However, avoid touching them with wet hands, or placing them in pockets with sweat or rain-soaked clothing, as this can degrade charging terminals or cause short circuits. Wipe away moisture and dirt with a dry, soft cloth. The charging case is NOT waterproof.
14. Safety Precautions
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire, electric shock, death, or serious injury.
- Keep the product and accessories out of reach of infants and small children to prevent accidental ingestion. Ensure pets also cannot access or ingest them.
- Drivers must adhere to traffic laws. NEVER use the earphones while operating a car, motorcycle, boat, or bicycle.
- Do not disassemble the product, as this can cause malfunction or electric shock.
- Be aware that wearing the earphones may reduce your ability to hear external sounds, such as warning signals. Do not use in environments where hearing ambient sounds is critical for safety.
- Always use the included USB cable for charging. Using unauthorized cables may cause explosions, battery leakage, overheating, fire, or injury.
CAUTION: Failure to follow these instructions could result in injury or damage to property.
- Listening at high volumes for extended periods can damage your hearing. Adjust the volume to a safe level and take breaks regularly (e.g., remove earphones for 5-10 minutes every hour).
- If you experience skin irritation or allergic reactions, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or the place of purchase.
- Prolonged contact between the powered product and skin may cause low-temperature burns.
- Static electricity generated by friction with clothing can cause a tingling sensation in the ears.
Rechargeable Battery Disposal: The rechargeable battery in this device is recyclable. Do not attempt to remove the battery yourself; contact the support center for assistance.
