Safety Instructions

Failure to follow these instructions may damage the appliance and/or void the warranty.

• Remove all packaging material and check for damage or missing items before operating.
• Ensure household power supply matches the appliance's specification.
• DO NOT operate with a damaged cord or plug. Discard or return for repair.
• Use only on GFCI protected receptacles. Consult a qualified electrician if necessary.
• DO NOT run the cord under carpeting, rugs, runners, or similar coverings. DO NOT route the cord under furniture or appliances. Keep the cord away from traffic areas to prevent tripping.
• Suitable for use with solid state speed control.
• DO NOT touch the appliance or plug with wet hands or while standing in water.
• DO NOT operate in pooled water.
• DO NOT use in areas with gasoline, paint, or other flammable goods.
• DO NOT insert objects into ventilation or exhaust openings.
• DO NOT cover the air inlet or outlet.
• DO NOT direct airflow at human faces or bodies.
• DO NOT allow children to play around or with the appliance.
• AUTOMATICALLY OPERATED DEVICE – Disconnect from power supply before servicing.
• Remove the power cord by grasping the plug-end only, DO NOT pull the cord directly.
• DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust electrical or mechanical functions.
• If the appliance is damaged or malfunctions, DO NOT continue use. Unplug and refer to troubleshooting or contact XPOWER.
• Store in a dry area, away from sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
• DO NOT stack more than four units.

Axial Fan Introduction

• XPOWER Axial Fans offer efficient air circulation and ventilation with high and long-distance focused airflow.
• Ideal for air circulation and ventilation in janitorial/sanitation jobs, water damage restoration, and more.

Installation and Operation Guide

Installing the Rack*

1. Fit rubber washers onto bolts on both sides of the unit.
2. Align the rack onto the axial fan.
3. Fasten the connection with the rack handle.

* For model X-39AR and P-39AR only.

Switch Plate

Variable Speed Switch

• Turn to “OFF” to switch the fan OFF. Turn clockwise to any position between “MAX” and “LOW” to switch the fan ON.
• Speed is adjustable variably. “MAX” is the highest speed and “LOW” is the lowest speed.

Additional Electrical Receptacle (Daisy Chain)

• Other appliances can be plugged into the additional receptacles and work whether the fan is on or off. The total amperage must be lower than the indicated amperage.
• If the fan or plugged-in appliance stops working, press the RESET BUTTON to reset the circuit.

Timer Switch*

• Turn clockwise to set the timer for minutes count down to an automatic stop.
• The timer can be set for up to 180 minutes (3 hours).
• When the timer reaches “0”, the unit stops working. On “ON”, it works constantly.

Adjust Operation Position

• The Axial Fan features 360° Rotation. Tilt the Axial Fan to the desired angle and screw on rack handles to secure the fan's position.

Use without Rack*

• Uninstall the rack and place the Axial Fan on a level surface.

User Maintenance Instructions

Frequent maintenance is recommended. Failure to follow instructions may cause failure or void the warranty.

• When not in use, unplug and store the appliance in a dry, cool indoor place, out of reach of children.
• Always disconnect the fan from its power source before performing maintenance or cleaning.
• Use a damp cloth to wipe the housing surface. Do not clean with water directly.
• Check grille covers for cleanliness. Remove dirt or objects blocking air inlet/outlet.
• DO NOT stack more than four units.

Fasten the Rack Handles

• To prevent injury, position the Axial Fan UPRIGHT when finished using it.
• Fasten the rack handle to lock the fan's position.

Organize the Power Cord

Diagrams showing how to wrap the power cord around the housing and clip it.

• Wrap the power cord around the housing.
• Clip the cord to the cord clip on the plug.

Troubleshooting Guide

*The timer function does not apply to all models mentioned in this manual.

Items not covered by warranty:

• Power cord, filters, or other consumable parts.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Problems resulting from:
  • External causes (accident, abuse, misuse, power supply issues).
  • Unauthorized disassembly, servicing, or modification.
  • Usage not in accordance with product instructions.
  • Failure to follow instructions or lack of necessary maintenance.

Returning Unit for Service or Replacement:

• Request a RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number.
• Use original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges to the address provided by XPOWER, including the RMA number.
• Include all original parts and components.

XPOWER will inspect and advise on repairs and costs. For warranted products, XPOWER pays shipping for repaired/replaced products within the Contiguous United States. Otherwise, shipping is at the customer's expense.
