Safety Instructions

Failure to follow these instructions may damage the appliance and/or void the warranty.

• Remove all packaging material and check for damage or missing items before operating.
• Verify household power supply matches appliance specifications.
• DO NOT operate with a damaged cord or plug. Discard or return for repair.
• Use only on GFCI protected receptacles. Consult a qualified electrician if necessary.
• DO NOT run cord under carpeting, rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic areas to prevent tripping.
• Suitable for use with solid state speed control.
• DO NOT touch the appliance or plug with wet hands or while standing in water.
• DO NOT operate in pooled water.
• DO NOT use in areas with gasoline, paint, or other flammable goods.
• DO NOT insert objects into ventilation or exhaust openings.
• DO NOT cover air inlet or outlet.
• DO NOT direct airflow at human faces or bodies.
• DO NOT allow children to play around or with the appliance.
• AUTOMATICALLY OPERATED DEVICE – Disconnect from power supply before servicing.
• Remove power cord by pulling the plug-end only; DO NOT pull the cord directly.
• DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust electrical or mechanical functions.
• If damaged or malfunctioning, DO NOT continue use. Unplug and refer to troubleshooting or contact XPOWER.
• Store in a dry area, away from sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, or other extreme environments when not in use.

Axial Fan Introduction

XPOWER Axial Fans are designed for efficient air circulation and ventilation with high and long-distance focused airflow. They are ideal for janitorial/sanitation jobs, water damage restoration, and more.

Installation and Operation Guide

Installing the Rack*

Diagram shows rack attachment steps:

1. Fit rubber washers onto bolts on both sides of the unit.
2. Align the rack onto the axial fan.
3. Fasten the connection with the rack handle.

* For model X-39AR and P-39AR only.

Switch Plate (Variable Speed Switch)

Diagram shows a speed control dial with OFF, LOW, and MAX settings.

Turn to “OFF” to power down. Turn clockwise to any position between “MAX” and “LOW” to power on. Speed is adjustable variably, with “MAX” being the highest and “LOW” the lowest.

Additional Electrical Receptacle (Daisy Chain)

Other appliances can be plugged into the additional receptacles. Total amperage must be lower than instructed. If the fan or plugged appliance stops working, press the RESET BUTTON.

Timer Switch*

Diagram shows a timer dial with settings from 0 to 180 minutes and an ON position.

Turn clockwise to set the timer for automatic shut-off. The timer can be set up to 180 minutes (3 hours). At “0”, the unit stops. At “ON”, it runs constantly.

Adjust Operation Position

Diagrams show the fan's 360° rotation and tilt adjustment, secured by rack handles. Additional diagrams illustrate airflow patterns: direct, dispersed, and return.

The Axial Fan features 360° Rotation. Tilt the Axial Fan to the desired angle and screw on rack handles to secure the fan's position.

Use without Rack*

Diagram shows the fan placed on a flat surface without the rack.

Uninstall the rack and place the Axial Fan on a level surface.

* For model X-47ATR only.

Transportation

Lift the Axial Fan with the handle on the top.

User Maintenance Instructions

Frequent maintenance is recommended. Failure to follow instructions may cause failure and void the warranty.

• When not in use, unplug and store in a dry, cool indoor place, out of reach of children.
• Always disconnect from power source before maintenance or cleaning.
• Wipe housing surface with a damp cloth. Do not clean with water directly.
• Check grille covers for cleanliness. Remove dirt or objects blocking air inlet/outlet.
• DO NOT stack more than four units.

Fasten the Rack Handles

Diagrams show rotating the fan upright and securing rack handles.

To prevent injury, position the Axial Fan UPRIGHT when finished. Fasten the rack handle to lock the fan's position.

Organize the Power Cord

Diagrams show wrapping the cord and securing it with a clip.

Wrap the power cord around the housing. Clip the cord to the cord clip on the plug.

Stack Multiple Units

Diagram shows stacking units and aligning air inlets. Includes a warning.

Stack Axial Fans on the sides, aligning air inlets. ⚠ WARNING: DO NOT stack more than four units. Stacking is not secure during transportation.

Troubleshooting Guide

* The timer function does not apply to all models.

Items not covered by warranty:

• Usage not in accordance with product instructions.
• Failure to follow instructions or lack of necessary maintenance.

Returning Unit for Service or Replacement:

1. Request an RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number.
2. Use original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges to the address provided by XPOWER, including the RMA number on the label.
3. Include all original parts and components.

XPOWER will inspect and advise on necessary repairs and costs. For in-warranty products, XPOWER pays shipping for repaired/replaced items within the contiguous U.S. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
