Get Started

To power on your camera, connect the USB-C cable to the included power adapter and plug it into an indoor power outlet.

Download the Arlo Secure App

Scan the QR code or visit arlo.com/app/secure/ to download the Arlo Secure app.

Initial Setup

To start setup:

1. Tap Devices in the app.
2. Tap the plus icon [+].
3. Select Cameras > Essential Series > Essential Cameras 2nd Generation.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts.

• Arlo Essential Indoor Camera & Stand: A depiction of the camera unit mounted on its adjustable stand.
• Wall Mount: An illustration of a wall mounting bracket with an indicator showing the correct orientation ([up arrow]).
• Screw Kit: An illustration showing screws and wall anchors for mounting.

Get to Know Your Camera

The camera features a Pairing Button located on the top of the unit.
