Charging Your Solocam

Connect the camera to a power source using a USB-C cable and a 5V/2A adapter.

Setting Up the System

Follow these steps to get your camera operational:

1. Download and install the eufy Security app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in or create an eufy account.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add the camera to your device list.

Mounting Your Solocam

Select a Location

This camera can be mounted on a wall, indoors or outdoors. For optimal performance, mount the camera 7-10 feet (2-3 meters) above the ground. This height range allows for a motion detection range of up to 26 feet (8 meters) and a field of view that captures a wide area, with a recommended downward angle of approximately 10 degrees.

Mount the Camera

Step 1: Loosen the mounting bracket cover by turning it counterclockwise and disassemble the bracket.

Step 2: For hard surfaces like stucco, brick, or concrete, drill holes using a 15/64 inch (5.95mm) drill bit and insert the provided anchors. Skip this step for soft surfaces like wood.

Step 3: Firmly screw the base of the mount onto the wall. Reassemble the mounting bracket.

Step 4: Screw the camera onto the mounting bracket. Position the camera to achieve the desired view, using the live stream in the eufy Security app to check the angle and framing.

The SoloCam C210 can also be installed on the ceiling by following similar mounting steps.

Safety Information

Operating Temperatures:

• Ambient temperature for devices and accessories: -20°C to 50°C.
• Charging temperature: 0°C to 40°C.

Usage Guidelines:

• Do not use the device in environments exceeding recommended temperature limits, unless specified otherwise in the manual.
• Avoid exposing the device to direct sunshine or excessively wet environments.
• For optimal performance, supply power to the device in an environment with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 25°C, ensuring normal room temperature and good ventilation.

⚠️ CAUTION: There is a risk of explosion if an incorrect battery type is used. Dispose of used batteries according to their instructions.

Warning:

• Replacing a battery with an incorrect type may bypass safeguards and create danger.
• Disposal of a battery in fire, extreme heat, or by crushing/cutting may result in explosion and leakage of flammable liquids and gases.
• Leaving a battery in an extremely hot environment may result in explosion and leakage of flammable liquids and gases.
• A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in explosion and leakage of flammable liquids and gases.
