A Way of Light LED fixtures, excluding Inside+Out Products as noted below, are covered by a 5-year limited warranty. Non-LED fixtures carry a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser ("Buyer") and cannot be assigned, sold, or transferred to any third party.
The product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years for LED fixtures and 1 year for Non-LED fixtures. If the product does not conform to this warranty, a replacement LED light bulb or necessary parts will be provided upon submission of proof of purchase and an RMA. For inquiries, concerns, or return instructions, please call. An RMA and a "Call Tag" will be issued for the return of the failed fixture. Upon receipt, the failed fixture will be inspected and tested within 30 days. If found defective, credit will be issued for a new fixture. If the failure is determined to be field or environment-related (e.g., voltage spike, improper installation, or physical damage), pictures and test results will be provided, and no credit will be issued as the failure was not due to a defect.
The company is not liable for charges incurred for servicing or replacing the product beyond the replacement product or its value. This limited warranty excludes coverage for products subjected to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or acts of God. Labor costs associated with the installation of the product are also excluded.
REPLACEMENT PARTS OR PURCHASE PRICE CREDIT ARE YOUR SOLE REMEDIES, TO BE CHOSEN AT SOLE DISCRETION.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Some states may not permit the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may possess additional rights that vary by state.
Warranty Void Conditions for Inside+Out Products: Installation of a standard Inside+Out product within a 2-mile radius of any salt water coast voids the warranty. (Inquire about optional Coastal Finish).
