Controls

• Power On: Automatically when opening the charging case, or manually by long pressing the multifunctional button for 1.5s.
• Power Off: Automatically when placing earbuds back into the charging case and closing it, or manually by long pressing the multifunctional button for 10s.
• Play/Pause: Double click the multifunctional button.
• Volume Down: Click the left button once.
• Volume Up: Click the right button once.
• Next Track: Long press the right button for 1.5s.
• Answer/Hang Up Phone Call: Double click the multifunctional button.
• Reject Phone Call: Long press the multifunctional button for 1.5s.
• Switch Between Two Active Calls: Long press the multifunctional button for 2s.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Long press the left button for 2s.
• Smart Noise Cancellation / Transparency Mode: Long press the left button for 2s.
• Triple click the multifunctional button for Smart Noise Cancellation / Transparency Mode.

Getting Started

Wearing

1. Identify the left and right earbuds.
2. Rotate the earbuds and adjust to find the best angle for a secure fit.

Pairing and Re-Pairing

1. When the charging case is powered, open it. Both earbuds will automatically enter TWS pairing mode. A voice prompt indicates successful connection between the left and right earbuds. The secondary earbud indicator stays on, while the main earbud indicator flashes blue and white alternately with a "Pairing" voice prompt.
2. Select "SOUNDPEATS T2" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect. A "Connected" voice prompt confirms successful connection.
3. SOUNDPEATS T2 earbuds remember previously paired devices. For the second connection, activate Bluetooth on your device and take out both earbuds from the charging case. They will connect to each other and then to your device automatically. If automatic connection fails, manually select "SOUNDPEATS T2" from your device's Bluetooth list.
4. Mono Mode: After successful pairing, the left and right earbuds can be used separately.

Factory Reset

Follow these steps if you experience issues connecting the earbuds to each other or to your device:

1. Clear the pairing records between the earbuds and all your devices.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging docks and ensure they are charging properly.
3. Click the multifunctional buttons of both earbuds 5 times. The LED lights on both earbuds will flash blue and white twice, indicating a successful reset.

Charge

Charging the Earphones

The earphones are partially charged from the factory. Please ensure they are fully charged before first use.

1. Place the earphones into their corresponding charging docks, ensuring the charging connectors are properly aligned.
2. The LED indicator will light up blue, indicating the earphones are charging.

Charging the Case

When the charging case needs charging, it will not indicate in blue. Please charge the case promptly.

1. Connect the charging port with a Type-C charging adapter (ensure current does not exceed 1A). The indicator will flash white. When the charging case is fully charged, the LED indicator will remain solid white.
2. If the case is not in use for a long time, please charge it at least once every 3 months.

Warranty and Support

SOUNDPEATS provides a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date for manufacturer defects.
