SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro User Guide
First Start
Open the charging case lid and take out both earbuds, then remove the protective film and put the earbuds back into the case.
- With the case open, press and hold the button on the charging case for 3s. The LED indicator on the case flashes white, and both earbuds enter the pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on your device and choose "SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro" on the Bluetooth List to pair.
Reset
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they sit well in the charging case. The light on the charging case will flash twice.
- With the case lid open, press and hold the charging case button for 10s until the light flashes red and white alternately twice. The reset is complete.
- Close the case lid and reopen to activate the earbuds.
Wearing
- Identify the left and right earbuds.
- Rotate the headset to find the most comfortable fit.

Q1: What does the LED on the charging case indicate?
It shows the remaining power of the charging case.

Q2: How to charge the case?
- Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current not over 1A).
- Please charge the earbuds and case at least once every 3 months when not in use for a long time.
Q3: Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after returning the earbuds to the case?
- The charging case is out of battery. The case will not turn the earbuds off if the case battery is dead.
- Please make sure the earbuds sit well in the charging case, and that the charging contacts on both the earbuds and charging case are clean. Try cleaning the contacts with a microfiber cloth.
Q4: The battery life is not as advertised?
A single charge will not give you 52 hours of constant playtime. The earbuds work for around 8 hours per charge with normal mode and around 5.5 hours per charge with ANC mode. The charging case provides another 5.5 recharges.
