How to pair SoundPEATS Life?
1. Ensure the charging case has power. Open the lid; both earbuds automatically enter TWS pairing mode. After successful pairing, the main earbud indicator flashes red and white, the second earbud indicator stays white. The earphones then enter pairing mode.
2. Find and click "SOUNDPEATS Life" in your device's Bluetooth list to connect. Both earbud indicators will stay on after connection.
3. SOUNDPEATS Life earphones remember paired devices. For second connection, activate Bluetooth on your device and take out both earbuds simultaneously. They will auto-connect to each other and your device. If not, activate Bluetooth and select "SOUNDPEATS Life".
How to reset SoundPEATS Life?
(Use these steps if connection between earbuds or earbuds and device fails.)
- Clear pairing records from all devices.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, ensuring they are charging. The case indicator flashes once upon successful placement.
- Keep the charging case lid open, press and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the white light flashes twice. Reset is complete.
- Close and reopen the lid to activate the earphones.
Why is the Bluetooth connection unstable sometimes?
Reasons:
- Case 1: Using earbuds near devices emitting radio waves like Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, or refrigerators. These devices can interfere with Bluetooth signals.
- Case 2: Carrying the Bluetooth device in a pocket, pants, or bag, especially if the earbud is diagonal to the device. The human body is a significant signal blocker.
- Case 3: Using earbuds close to other Bluetooth devices. Interference can occur in environments with multiple radio waves.
- Case 4: Using the device away from the earbuds, such as in a different room. Bluetooth signal strength weakens with distance.
- Case 5: Running many applications simultaneously on the Bluetooth device.
Workarounds:
- Use earbuds away from Wi-Fi routers, computers, microwave ovens, and refrigerators to avoid interference.
- When carrying the device, place it where there are no obstacles (like the human body) between the device and earbuds.
- Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices.
- Keep earbuds as close as possible to the Bluetooth player.
- Close unused applications on your device to reduce load.
What can I do if the earbuds stopped connecting to my device?
- Clear pairing records between earbuds and all previous devices.
- Clear some Bluetooth listings on your device and restart it.
- Place earbuds into the charging case to reset.
- Open the charging case lid; both earbuds will automatically enter TWS pairing mode. Then, open your device's Bluetooth to connect.
What can I do if the left earbud and the right earbud won't work together?
- Clean the charging connectors with a lightly abrasive microfiber cloth or rubbing alcohol to ensure proper charging.
- Place them into the charging case to reset.
What can I do if the earbuds connect to my phone, but not my Mac-book/computer?
- UNPAIR the earbuds from the phone. They will lose connection and enter pairing mode.
- Place earbuds into the charging case to reset.
- Open your Mac-book/computer's Bluetooth to connect.
- If issues persist, update your computer's Bluetooth driver. Drivers must be obtained from the specific computer manufacturer's website for your exact model. Download and install the appropriate driver, then restart your system before attempting to pair with your SoundPEATS earbuds.

Why does the volume of the earbuds reduce after using a period of time?
This may be caused by the sound hole being blocked by foreign objects. Gently clean the screen with a small amount of alcohol to remove dust or secretions.
What can I do if one earbud is quieter than the other?
- Gently clean the screen with a small amount of alcohol to remove dust or secretions.
- Try different songs or videos, as sound effects can vary.
- Try other devices:
- UNPAIR and delete from the original device.
- Pair to a new device and play music.
- UNPAIR and delete from the new device.
- Pair back with the original device.
- Reset the earbuds.
Why the other side could not hear me when calling?
- Ensure phone calls are set to pick up via the earbuds.
- Do not mute phone calls.
- Clean the microphone holes to prevent dust or secretions from blocking them.
- Adjust volume through both the earbuds and the device.
- On Android phones, check settings to ensure both phone audio and media audio are allowed to transmit through the earbuds.
- Try connecting to different devices.
Charging
What does the charging LED tell while charging the case?
When charging the case:
- 0%-20%: Red light breathing slowly
- 21%-69%: Yellow light breathing slowly
- 70%-99%: Green light breathing slowly
- 100%: Green light on
Case power indicator:
- 100%-50%: Green
- 49%-10%: Yellow
- 10%-0%: Red
When opening the charging case lid, the case indicator flashes once and stays on for 10 seconds each time earbuds are placed or removed. The light indicates the remaining power.
How to charge the charging case?
- Use a Type-C adapter (current no more than 1A).
- Charge earbuds and cases at least once every 3 months if not in use.
What should I do if the charging case won't charge?
Try charging the case for over 10 hours using a different, known-working charging cable connected to a computer. Earbuds are low-power products; avoid fast chargers for safety.
What can I do if any earbud stopped charging?
The battery might be completely depleted and needs time to activate. There may be no initial sign of activity. Confirm if the issue resolves after charging for more than 5 minutes. If the earbud LED stays off, clean the charging connectors with a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol. Adjust the earbuds to ensure the LED lights up, then attempt a full charge, which may take several hours. Be careful not to press earphones too hard in the case to avoid damaging charging contacts.
Why are the earbuds still connecting to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?
- The charging case has no remaining power. Earbuds won't turn off if the case battery is dead.
- Ensure earbuds are correctly placed in the case and charging contacts are clean. Clean between the case and earbuds with a microfiber cloth.
Touch Control
What can I do if the touch controls do not work always?
- Touch the middle of the control zone. Touch controls may not work with wet hands; keep hands dry.
- Try skipping songs multiple times to find the optimal touch frequency. Be patient if the frequency is not immediately apparent.
- Alternatively, discharge the earbuds, then charge and reset them.
