The promotion is organized by Samsung Electronics Italia S.p.A., with its registered office in Milan.

Article I. Promotion Name

"Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, S25 Edge, S25+ gift Samsung Galaxy Book4 - Enterprise Edition" (the "Operation" or "Promotion").

Article II. Typology

Prize promotion operation according to Italian Presidential Decree n. 430/2001.

Article III. Delegated Subjects

The operation is managed by Eurotarget S.r.l. and ID Time S.r.l., responsible for the management and administrative-bureaucratic aspects of the promotion, respectively.

Article IV. Period of Activity

Purchase Period: June 19, 2025, to June 30, 2025, inclusive.
Registration and Prize Claim Deadline: August 29, 2025, at 23:59:59.

Article V. Territorial Scope

The promotion is valid within the European Union. Proofs of purchase must be issued by points of sale that comply with Italian tax regulations.

Article VI. Recipients

Eligibility: Legal entities and individuals acting as professionals (i.e., for business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activities) physically residing in the European Union, holding a VAT number. They must have purchased one of the Promotional Products during the Purchase Period from participating Italian points of sale or affiliated E-Stores listed in Annex A.

Exclusions: Individuals engaged in the resale of electronics and appliances are not considered eligible recipients.

Participation Cost: Free, excluding internet connection costs for registration and prize claims via the dedicated website.

Article VII. Promotional Products

The promotional products for this operation are:

Article VIII. Prize

Prize: One (1) Samsung Galaxy Book4 i3 Notebook (model code NP750XGJ-KG3II).

Prize Value: €699.00 (VAT included).

Prize Conditions: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to third parties, or substituted, except in cases of conformity defects as per applicable regulations.

Purchase Limit: Each purchase of a Promotional Product (identified by its IMEI code) entitles the recipient to one prize. Recipients can claim a maximum of 10 prizes, provided they purchase and register 10 separate Promotional Products.

Article IX. Prize Pool

Number of Prizes: Up to 249 prizes are available.

Total Prize Pool Value: €174,051.00.

Article X. How to Participate

To participate, recipients must:

1. Purchase: Buy a Promotional Product from a participating point of sale during the Purchase Period. The VAT number of the recipient must be indicated on the fiscal receipt.
2. Register: Register the purchase on Samsung Members by the Registration Deadline. This involves:
   • Completing the registration form with personal and contact details, including VAT number, phone number, email, IMEI or serial code, and purchase date. Only addresses within the EU are valid.
   • Uploading a photo of the proof of purchase.
   • Uploading a photo of the product's IMEI code (from the product itself or its packaging, ensuring the packaging has been opened).
3. Confirm: Confirm participation by clicking the "CONFIRM" button and reviewing the privacy policy.

Upon successful registration, recipients will receive a confirmation email.

Existing Samsung Account holders can log in to their account to complete the registration process.

Registrations received after the deadline will not be eligible for a prize.

Article XI. Proof of Purchase Requirements

The proof of purchase must meet the following criteria:

• Purchase Date: Must fall between June 19, 2025, and June 30, 2025, inclusive.
• Product Description: Must clearly state the name and model of the Promotional Product, along with its IMEI code.
• Additional Documentation: If the proof of purchase is incomplete, an official declaration from the retailer is required, confirming the sale of the specific Promotional Product during the promotion period. This declaration must be on company letterhead, include the participant's name, date, stamp, and signature of the manager/owner, and be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.
• E-Store Purchases: For purchases made through affiliated E-Stores (Annex A), the order confirmation for the purchased Promotional Product is acceptable as proof of purchase, with the date indicated on it being valid.
• Fiscal Compliance: The proof of purchase must be issued in accordance with Italian fiscal regulations.

Accepted Proofs of Purchase: Purchase invoice (with recipient's VAT number), order confirmation, or telephone subscription agreement accompanied by the sales receipt.

IMEI Code Verification: The IMEI code must be clearly visible and legible, located either on the back of the product or on the packaging (if opened).

Verification Process: Samsung will verify the submitted information. If correct, a validation email will be sent within 30 days of registration. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, an email requesting corrections will be sent, with a deadline for resubmission.

Document Retention: Recipients must retain the original proof of purchase and product packaging for at least 3 months after registering their purchase on Samsung Members.

Article XII. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered within 180 days of the validation email. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the prize.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notification for collection. Failure to collect the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture.

Prizes will be delivered with all necessary documentation, including instruction manuals and warranty booklets.

Article XIII. Promotional Channels

The promotion will be advertised on the following websites:

Article XIV. Revocation or Modification of Terms

Samsung reserves the right to revoke or modify the terms of the promotion for just cause, with prior communication to participants.

Article XV. VAT Non-Deductibility

VAT on the prizes will not be deductible, in accordance with Italian tax law.

Article XVI. Personal Data Collection

By participating, recipients acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy, available on Samsung Members. Data will be stored securely on servers located in Europe.

Article XVII. Miscellaneous

Participation in this promotion implies unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions. Recipients are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct and active. Samsung and its delegated partners reserve the right to verify participation and may request additional documentation. Fraudulent attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in disqualification. Samsung is not responsible for technical issues or communication failures that may prevent participation. Recipients should regularly check their email, including spam folders, for communications related to the promotion.
