Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Promotion: Discounts on Watches and Earphones

Promotion Overview

The terms detailed in this document apply to the discount promotion on watches and earphones when purchasing devices from the Galaxy S25 Edge/Galaxy S25 series, conducted by Samsung Electronics Israel Ltd., company registration no. 514797851 (hereinafter: 'the Promotion'), which is carried out by Samsung Electronics Israel Ltd. (hereinafter: 'the Company'), via Sunny Communications Ltd. (hereinafter: 'the Distributor').

1. Eligibility Requirements

Only individuals who have met all the following conditions during the relevant promotion period shall be eligible to participate in the promotion (hereinafter: 'Eligibility Requirements' and 'Participant', respectively):

• 1.1. A private individual, resident and/or citizen of Israel and/or a person holding a legal work permit in Israel;
• 1.2. Have met the conditions detailed in the document in full, and have been registered in the Company's computerized systems.

2. How to Participate in the Promotion

2.1. From Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 14:00 until Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:00, the Company will allow participants who purchase devices from the Galaxy S25 Edge/Galaxy S25 series (hereinafter: 'the Device') to add a number of selected products (hereinafter: 'Selected Products') to the shopping cart at a discounted price.

2.2. Eligible Galaxy S25 Models:

• S25 Ultra 256GB | 512GB | 1TB: SM-S938B

2.3. Eligible Accessories for Discount:

• The following are the selected products that can be added to the shopping cart at a discounted price when purchasing a device from the Galaxy S25 Edge/Galaxy S25 series:
• a. Galaxy Watch Ultra series watch - NIS 300 discount;
• b. Galaxy Watch series watch - NIS 200 discount;
• c. Galaxy Buds - NIS 199 instead of NIS 649;
• d. Galaxy Buds3 Pro - NIS 299 instead of NIS 899;
• e. Galaxy Buds FE - NIS 99 instead of NIS 399.

2.4. The offer is valid for purchases made through the company's online store 'Samsung E-Store' at the address: https://www.samsung.com/il/offer

2.5. The Company reserves the right to change the offer details or this document or the device model for any reason.

3. The Offer Details

3.1. Subject to section 2 above, a participant who purchased a device from the Galaxy S25 Edge/Galaxy S25 series within the promotion will be entitled to add products from the models detailed in the table below to their order and receive a discount accordingly (please see: Price after discount):

3.2. The minimum quantity of watches in the promotion is seventy (70) units per model. The minimum quantity of earphones in the promotion is one hundred (100) units per model.

3.3. The Company may change the offer quota and the nature of the offer at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4. A customer who does not purchase one of the Galaxy S25 Edge/Galaxy S25 devices will not be entitled to the offer or any alternative (it is clarified that the customer will not be entitled to receive a discount voucher for future redemption).

4. Promotion Terms

• 4.1. The offer in the promotion is not exchangeable and no credit will be given for its return.
• 4.2. If a device ordered is returned by a participant in accordance with relevant legal provisions, the participant is obligated to return the offer received with the device.

5. Promotion Periods

• 5.1. The promotion period will begin on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 14:00 and will end on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:00, or while stocks last.
• 5.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or any related activity at any time at its sole discretion and without needing to provide a reason.

6. Warranty and Liability

• 6.1. The sole responsibility for supplying the devices and the offer within the promotion, as well as for collecting and/or refunding payments related to the purchase of the device, shall apply to the Distributor. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever and shall not bear any responsibility for the supply of the devices and the offer and/or the refund of payment related to the purchase of the device.
• 6.2. The offer (where applicable) will be supplied to the participant with valid manufacturer's warranty.
• 6.3. Participants acknowledge that they are aware that the execution of the promotions depends, among other things, on the proper functioning of the internet network and other factors beyond the Company's control. Therefore, the Company shall be entitled, at its discretion, to cancel the promotions, in whole or in part and from time to time, if factors occur that disrupt and/or prevent the proper conduct of the promotions.
• 6.4. The Company is not responsible and will not be responsible in any way for the proper functioning of the national telephone network and/or communication and/or computers, in all its components, and will not bear responsibility for interruptions and/or disruptions in the provision of any services and/or for any damages, direct or indirect, including direct or indirect expenses, which may be caused to the participant in the promotions due to such disruptions and/or interruptions.
• 6.5. The participant undertakes to indemnify the Company and/or the Distributor and anyone on their behalf, their employees and managers, for any damage (direct or indirect), loss of income, loss, payment or expenses incurred by them due to the participant's breach of the terms of this document, including attorney fees and legal expenses.

7. General Provisions

• 7.1. All rights of any kind, including intellectual property rights, related to the promotions and/or the Company's content appearing in the promotions, including rights in goodwill, logos, any trademarks and trade names, whether registered or not, and any similar right, are the exclusive property of the Company and/or (as applicable) of third parties and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or of such third parties.
• 7.2. It is clarified that the Company's records received by the Company's computer system shall constitute conclusive evidence of their correctness and/or the fact of their sending by the participants, and no claim shall be raised regarding the correctness and/or incorrectness and/or lack of details and/or accuracy of the details recorded in the said system.
• 7.3. The participant agrees and confirms that the Company shall be entitled to store the details provided by them in its databases, and additional information that accumulates about them, for the purpose of carrying out, from time to time, activities such as contacting them (including via email or SMS), advertising, providing mailing services, by the Company and/or on its behalf and/or by other parties, collecting information about them and using it, including storing, transferring and sharing it, by the Company and/or on its behalf and/or by other parties, for statistical and commercial purposes, without any compensation.
• 7.4. Except as otherwise stipulated in this document and subject to applicable law, no part of the Company's rights or those of third parties as aforesaid (including, without limitation: image, video, design, text, information, file, content, trade name, trademark, logo, sound, source code, target code, software) may be used, copied, reproduced, photographed, distributed, published without the Company's or said third parties' written consent in advance.
• 7.5. It is known to every participant and/or applicant to participate that their participation in the promotions is subject to all terms and/or conditions stipulated in the promotion and that it has been made with their full consent.
• 7.6. The participant and/or applicant to participate has read the document and accepts its provisions.
• 7.7. In any case of discrepancy and/or contradiction between the provisions of this document and what is stated in an advertisement or any other publication or information provided to the participating public, whether by the Company or by an authorized party on its behalf, the provisions of this document shall prevail.
• 7.8. In this promotion, the masculine gender is used for convenience only and includes reference in the feminine gender and/or plural.
