NEEWER TL21C RGB Stick Light
Product Overview
The TL21C RGB stick light offers a lightweight solution in the form of a tube. For total portability, it has two 2550mAh lithium batteries in addition to magnets allowing you to attach the light to metal surfaces. It also features CCT dual color temperature mode, HSI color, and FX scene modes, with remote control via the NEEWER app.

- Do not attempt to detach, modify, or repair the battery by yourself. Any unauthorized operation may cause battery leakage, overheating, burning, and other hazards.
- Be sure to use the provided or certified chargers to prevent overcharging and shortcuts.
- If unusual charging speed and indicator flashing occur, please stop charging and contact NEEWER customer service immediately.

Installation Instructions
Installation on a light stand
Mount the stick light on top of the light stand's 1/4" screw using either of the 1/4" screw holes located at both ends.
Attaching to metal objects
Directly attach the back of the stick light to any metal surface.
Using the Product
Charging
Use a Type C charging cable to connect to a 5V/2A or 9V/2A power source. The charging indicator symbol (⚡) will flash continuously and remain fixed once a full charge is reached.
Power On/Off
- Long press the (8) Power On/Off/MODE button to turn the LED light on or off.
- Short press the (8) button to switch between modes.
Brightness Adjustment
In any mode, short press the (6) Setting Switch Button to change the level of brightness. When the ">" indicator points to the brightness value on the display, adjust the setting using the (7) Setting "+" and (5) Setting "-" buttons.
Color Temperature Adjustment (CCT Mode)
- Short press the (8) Power On/Off/MODE button to switch to CCT mode.
- Short press the (6) Setting Switch Button to toggle the ">" indicator to the color temperature value on the screen.
- Then, short press the (7) Setting "+" and (5) Setting "-" buttons to adjust the color temperature.
GM Value Adjustment (CCT Mode)
- Short press the (8) Power On/Off/MODE button to switch to CCT mode.
- Short press the (6) Setting Switch Button. When the ">" indicator points to the GM value, short press the (7) Setting "+" and (5) Setting "-" buttons to adjust the red and green compensation value.
Hue Adjustment (HSI Mode)
- Short press the (8) Power On/Off/MODE button to switch to HSI mode.
- Short press the (6) Setting Switch Button to toggle the ">" indicator to the "H" (Hue) value on the screen.
- Then, short press the (7) Setting "+" and (5) Setting "-" buttons to adjust the hue.
Saturation Adjustment (HSI Mode)
- Short press the (8) Power On/Off/MODE button to switch to HSI mode.
- Short press the (6) Setting Switch Button to toggle the ">" indicator to the "S" (Saturation) value on the screen.
- Then, short press the (7) Setting "+" and (5) Setting "-" buttons to adjust the saturation.
Scenes (FX Mode)
- Short press the (8) Power On/Off/MODE button to switch to FX mode.
- Short press the (6) Setting Switch Button. When ">" points to the scene mode, short press the (7) Setting "+" and (5) Setting "-" buttons to switch between different scene modes.

APP Control
The RGB video light can be easily controlled using the "NEEWER" app via Bluetooth connectivity. Simply scan the QR code on the app prompt card for detailed instructions on how to set it up. Once the "✨" (Bluetooth connection indicator) symbol stops flashing, it indicates a successful Bluetooth connection has been established.
