This notice informs you of a change to certain ADI products purchased in the last 2 years. Response to ADI is required promptly. Requests for samples or additional information must be made within 30 days of notification. Per JEDEC Standard 046, customers must acknowledge receipt of the PCN within 30 days. ADI contact information is listed below. Revised fields are indicated by a red field name. See Appendix B for revision history.
Lack of acknowledgment within 30 days constitutes acceptance. Lack of additional requests within 90 days after acknowledgment also constitutes acceptance.

Description of Change
Analog Devices, Inc. has made a minor change to the LTC7103 die to improve manufacturing yield and robustness. This improvement reduces variability in high voltage devices (e.g., VIN supply voltage) by reducing FET sensitivity to variations of the ThinOx masking step.

Manufacturability improvement for high voltage BV stability and robustness.

Parts assembled with the new die will be identified by the date code.
