Description of Change: The minimum Input High Voltage (VIH) specification has been updated. For VDD11 supply domain inputs, VIH is now 0.92 x VDD11 (previously 0.73 x VDD11). For IOVDD supply domain inputs, VIH is now 0.92 x IOVDD (previously 0.73 x IOVDD).
