Mounting Instructions
Suspension Mounting
Components: Bracket, Safety string.
- Attach the bracket to the luminaire.
- Connect the safety cable to the bracket.
- Secure the safety cable to the mounting point. The safety cable length should be between 'd' and 'd + 30cm', where 'd' is the luminaire installation distance from the ceiling/mounting surface.
- The luminaire is now suspended.
Note: Safety cable and fixing screws are not provided by Signify and must be arranged by a professional installer. Safety cable material should be robust, not less than SUS304 Ø3.
Pipe Mounting
Components: Pipe (not provided), bracket, washer.
- Attach the bracket to the luminaire.
- Insert the pipe into the bracket.
- Secure the pipe with screws and a tooth washer (torque 20 Nm).
- The luminaire is now mounted on a pipe.
Note: The pipe is not provided with the luminaire. Ensure the pipe connection is secure (torque 20 Nm).
Bracket Mounting (Option)
Components: Bracket, screws, tooth washer.
- Attach the bracket to the luminaire.
- Secure the bracket to the mounting surface using screws and a tooth washer (torque 25 Nm).
- Connect power and signal cables.
- The luminaire is now mounted via bracket.
Note: Mounting bracket accessory must be ordered separately.
Power Connection
Power Cable:
- Brown: L (Live)
- Blue: N (Neutral)
- Yellow+Green: GND (Earth)
Cable type: 60245 IEC57 3x1mm².
PSD Signal Cable (Only for PSD models):
- Brown: DALI+
- Blue: DALI-
Cable type: 60245 IEC57 2x1mm².
For PSU and PSD models, the flexible wiring connected to the luminaire must be effectively fixed to the wall if it is within arm's reach to reduce the risk of strangulation.
Insulation between LV mains and control conductors is basic insulation.
Please use an IP66 or above terminal box (minimum dimensions 10x20x25 mm); this is not provided by Signify.
