Accessories
Mounting Bracket (AXB): Available in sizes S (340x143mm), M (340x181mm), and L (330x205mm). Part numbers are listed for specific LED models (e.g., BY570Z Mounting Bracket-S, 12NC:911401500771). Mounting bracket accessories must be ordered separately.
Suspension Accessory: For suspension mounting. Chain is not provided.
Pipe Accessory: For pipe mounting. Requires a pipe with G1/2 thread. Pipe is not provided.
Installation Instructions
1. Bracket Mounting
Attach the luminaire using the appropriate mounting bracket (S, M, or L). Ensure screws are tightened to 18 Nm. The final screw tightening should ensure the luminaire is horizontal.
2. Suspension Mounting
Suspend the luminaire using the suspension accessory. Ensure screws are tightened to 18 Nm.
3. Pipe Mounting
Mount the luminaire onto a pipe (not provided) with a G1/2 thread. The pipe length should be between 40-45mm. Align for length direction. Tighten screws to 25 Nm.
4. Power Cable Connection
Connect the power cable according to the wiring diagram:
- PSU and PSD Models:
- Brown wire: Connect to L (Line/Phase).
- Blue wire: Connect to N (Neutral).
- Yellow+Green wire: Connect to GND (Earth/Ground).
- PSD Models (DALI):
- Brown wire: Connect to DALI+.
- Black wire: Connect to DALI-.
Use appropriate cables (e.g., 60245 IEC57 3x1mm² for PSU, 60245 IEC57 2x1mm² for PSD). Use an IP65 or higher rated terminal box (minimum dimensions 10x20x25mm), which is not supplied by Signify.

Safety, Application, and Maintenance Guidelines
- Installation: Must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with IEE electrical regulations or national standards. Turn power off before any work. Ensure proper earthing.
- Environment: For indoor use only. Avoid corrosive atmospheres or hazardous materials (sulfur, chlorine, phthalates). Not suitable for harsh vibration, hurricane-prone areas, or extreme winds.
- Mounting Height: Recommended luminous surface height above ground is >5m. Minimum distance between luminaire bottom and mounting surface is 0.3m.
- Usage Restrictions: Not suitable for use as floodlights or tunnel lights. If precise leveling (<1°) is required, pipe mounting with a gradienter is recommended.
- Maintenance: Periodically clean the luminaire's optical lens cover with a dry, soft cloth for maximum efficiency.
- Light Source Replacement: The light source must only be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similarly qualified person.
- Manufacturer Responsibility: Signify is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or self-modification of the product.
- Cable Damage: If the external flexible cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or a qualified person to avoid hazards.
Environmental Information
This product should not be disposed of with household waste. Recycle responsibly to promote sustainable reuse of material resources. Use return and collection systems or contact the retailer for environmental safe recycling.
Insulation between LV mains and control conductors is basic insulation.
