Getting Started

Welcome to your new ViewSonic VX1622-4K display. This guide will help you set it up quickly.

Important Notes:

Connecting the Display:

Follow these steps to connect your display:

1. Connect the Stand: Attach the provided stand components to the display unit for stable placement.
2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the display and then into a suitable power outlet. The display requires 100-240 Vac, 50/60 Hz power.
3. Connect Video: Use the included video cable (e.g., USB-C or HDMI) to connect the display to your computer or other external device. Ensure the correct port is used on both the display and your device.

Cleaning and Care

To keep your display in good condition, follow these cleaning guidelines:

General Precautions:

• Ensure the LCD display is turned OFF before cleaning.
• Never spray or pour any liquid directly onto the screen or case.

To Clean the Screen:

1. Wipe the screen gently with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and particles.
2. If the screen remains dirty, slightly dampen a clean, soft, lint-free cloth with a small amount of non-ammonia, non-alcohol based glass cleaner. Then, wipe the screen.

To Clean the Case:

1. Use a soft, dry cloth.
2. If the case is still dirty, apply a small amount of a mild, non-abrasive detergent (non-ammonia, non-alcohol based) onto a clean, soft, lint-free cloth, and then wipe the surface.

Environmental Information

Hazardous Substances Compliance:

This product complies with regulations regarding the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products. The table below indicates the presence of hazardous substances in components:

*Circuit board assembly includes printed circuit boards and their constituent components, such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, connectors, etc.

○: Indicates that the content of the hazardous substance in all homogeneous materials of this component is below the limit requirement specified in GB/T 26572.

×: Indicates that the content of the hazardous substance in at least one homogeneous material of this component exceeds the limit requirement specified in GB/T 26572.

Recycling and Disposal:

When you no longer need this product or when its lifespan ends, please comply with national regulations for the recycling and treatment of waste electrical and electronic products. Hand it over to a locally authorized recycling facility.

Environmental Use Period:

Under the specified usage conditions, the environmental use period for this electronic and electrical product, during which hazardous substances will not leak and cause pollution or harm, is 10 years.
