Monthly Achievement Level Volume

MALV is a system through which active Builders can earn additional commission based on their downline's performance. These are referred to as Activity Bonuses. The maximum earning potential is determined by the Builder's achievement level. MALV is calculated using the commissionable net value of PAR-eligible products, specifically Drinking Water Systems and Bath and Garden Products, sold within a given month.

Your MALV for the month is comprised of:

100% of your personal sales for the month.
+50% of your active 2nd level Builders' personal sales for the month.
+25% of your active 3rd level Builders' personal sales for the month.

NOTE: If your earnings are less than your Achievement Level's stated MALV, you are eligible to receive bonuses based on lower achievement levels. Refer to the website for specific details.

Types of Builders

Active Builders: These are Builders who meet their Personal Activity Requirement (PAR). Commissions and bonuses are paid across all three levels (if eligible) of active Builders within the downline network.
Inactive Builders: These Builders do not meet the PAR qualification and therefore cannot receive commissions from their downline network sales. However, commissions are still paid on their personal sales, which includes personal replacement filter sales (applicable for Senior Builder level and above). To regain Active Builder status, Inactive Builders must achieve PAR qualification.

Disclaimer

MALV figures are updated in Multipure's Back Office every 10 minutes. The current month's MALV is visible until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day of the month. At midnight, it resets to 0 and will not be accessible until Multipure completes its end-of-month closing for commissions.

MALV is dynamic and can fluctuate upwards or downwards due to various factors, including but not limited to: order corrections where a builder was incorrectly assigned; order cancellations; personal sales; sales made by active 2nd and 3rd level Builders; and shifts in network status from Active to Inactive or vice versa.

Both Active and Inactive Builders receive commissions on their personal sales, including personal replacement filter sales (for Senior Builder level and above), based on their Achievement Level.

Commissions and bonuses from downline sales are exclusively paid to PAR-qualified Builders.

Network commissions and bonuses are distributed to the first three levels of active, PAR-qualified Builders in the downline: the Builder making the sale, their sponsor, and their sponsor's sponsor.

Builders must maintain PAR qualification at least once every three months to be eligible for downline commissions.

Replacement filters, accessories, parts, and sales materials do not contribute towards PAR, PNV, ALV, or MALV calculations.
