Multipure Product Commissions
This document outlines the commission structure and related policies for Multipure builders. It covers commissions for Drinking Water Systems (DWS) and replacement filters, as well as procedures for payment, fees, and unclaimed property.
Drinking Water Systems (DWS) Commissions
Commissions are structured based on Achievement Level and vary by DWS model. DWS models include Aqualuxe, Aquapremier, Aquaperform, Aquaversa, and Aquamini. Commissions can be earned on up to 3 levels of the downline network.
Replacement filters for DWS systems offer commissions on up to 10 levels of the downline network, also dependent on Achievement Level.
Multipure Aquasource systems also offer commissions on up to 3 levels of the downline network, with replacement filters offering commissions on up to 10 levels.
Bath & Garden products offer a flat rate commission paid directly to the selling Builder on personal sales.
Note: Commissions on DWS or Aquasource sales are based on Achievement Level. Except where specified for the Aquasource, Bath & Garden commissions are paid only to the selling Builder, and no network commissions are paid from downline sales of Bath and Garden products. Personal replacement filter sales commissions and network replacement filter sales commissions are based on Achievement Level.

Builder Commission Policies
First Purchase Requirement: Commission Eligibility for New Builders
To become eligible to earn commissions on personal sales, a new Builder must meet the First Purchase Requirement. This involves either a Personal Purchase (buying a DWS for personal use from their Sponsor) or a Customer Sale (selling a DWS to a customer).
The commission on the first DWS sale or purchase made by a new Builder is allocated to the Sponsor. After this first purchase, the Builder qualifies for commissions on future personal sales. A special waiver option may be available if a Builder previously purchased a DWS from Multipure before registering.
Commission Payment Period
Multipure offers weekly and monthly commission payments. Builders at Master Builder level or higher, active for over 3 months, receive weekly payments every Friday. All other active Builders receive monthly payments.
Methods of Commission Payments
Builders must register for one of three payment options through their Multipure ADP WorkMarket account to receive commissions. Commissions accumulate until a minimum of $25 is earned. Options include Direct Deposit (not available in Canada), PayPal, and Wisely Pay Card.
Additional Charges and Fees
Fees apply for reissuing lost, stolen, or non-negotiable commission checks. A fee of $30 is charged for lost or stolen checks, and stop payments also incur a $30 fee. Reissuing checks less than two years old and non-negotiable costs $10, while checks older than two years cost $30. The original check must be returned for reissues.
Policy on Unpaid Commissions
Unpaid commissions occur when earned amounts remain below the $25 minimum for payment issuance.
Taxpayer Identification Number
Builders are required to furnish their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to Multipure for IRS reporting purposes (Form 1099) for earnings of $600 or more. For individuals, the TIN is the Social Security Number (SSN); for entities, it is the Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Builder Support Fee
A nominal fee of 2.5% of Builder earnings (maximum $5 per check) is deducted for mailed paper checks to cover postage, paper, envelopes, and labor. No fee is charged for Direct Deposit, PayPal, or Wisely card payments.
Address Corrections
Builders can update their address and information via their Multipure ADP WorkMarket account. Customers can update their details through their subscription at www.multipure.com/login.php. Changes can also be emailed to buildesupport@multipure.com.
Unclaimed Property
If products are returned by the delivery service, Multipure will attempt to contact the buyer for redelivery or cancellation. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and refunded, minus shipping costs. Orders returned due to delivery refusal will also be cancelled and refunded, minus shipping costs.
