Modifications to Compensation Plan
Effective July 1, 2025
PAR Qualification
- Builders must qualify for PAR every 3 months to receive commissions and bonuses on network sales.
- Builders will stay enrolled in the system, even after 36 months of inactivity. Inactive Builders will remain on file as a Builder and will not lose their network or customers.
- Commissions on drinking water systems will be paid on 3 levels: Builder making the sale, their sponsor, and their sponsor's sponsor.
- Builders that are PAR qualified in May and June 2025 will still have 4 months of PAR qualification. PAR qualified in MAY 2025 (qualified for May, June, July and August); PAR qualified in JUNE 2025 (June, July, August, September).
What has NOT changed
- The amount to PAR qualify is $180 commissionable net.
- Replacement filter commission will continue to be paid on 10 level downline sales when Builders reach Senior Builder level and are PAR qualified.
- The MALV amount to qualify for Activity Bonuses has not changed.
- Rank Advancement Bonus and qualifications have not changed.
- Annual PAR qualification for NND/ENND is still once a year.
- Products that count towards PAR: Drinking Water systems and Bath and Garden Products (based on their commissionable net).
- Prices of products have not changed.
