Fault Codes
- E1: Short Circuit: Indicates a short circuit. Try removing the battery and using a different pen. If the issue persists on a new machine, the original machine may have a motor issue. If the battery continues to show E1, it may need replacement.
- E2: Over Current: This is overcurrent protection. Check if the motor is stuck or if the drive bar or motor is broken. If everything appears functional, try a softer membrane needle. An E2 error suggests an issue external to the battery, which is protecting itself.
- E3: Faulty Cord: Indicates a faulty charging cord. Replace the cord and try again.
