Peak Radix Diagram

The Peak Radix footswitch is a circular device designed for wireless operation. Key components are:

• Status Indicator: A red LED light located at the top center of the device, indicating pairing status and operation.
• USB Input: A USB-C port located on the side of the device for charging.
• Power/Pairing Button: A button located on the bottom of the footswitch, used for turning the device on/off and initiating pairing.

How to Use Your Peak Radix

Connecting Your Radix to the Peak Surge Power Supply

1. To turn on the Radix footswitch, press down on the top surface, then quickly double-press the button on the bottom. A slow blinking red light on the top of your Radix will indicate it is ready for pairing.
2. On your Surge power supply, press and hold the +/- buttons. Wait until the display screen shows "RF."
3. Press down on the top of your Radix, then single-press the button on the bottom of the footswitch. A rapid blinking red light will appear on the top of your Radix footswitch, and the display screen of your Surge power supply will show "LN."
4. Wait for the rapid blinking light on the top of your Radix footswitch to turn off. When pairing is complete, your Surge power supply will return to the home screen.
5. To turn off the Radix footswitch, press and hold the button on the bottom.

Unpairing the Radix from the Surge

1. Ensure your Radix footswitch is turned on. Then, press and hold the +/- buttons on your Surge power supply. Wait until the display screen shows "RF."
2. Press the power button on your Surge. The screen will display "CL."
3. Once unpaired, the screen of your Surge power supply will return to the home screen.

Warranty Information

If you experience any technical issues or require repairs for your Peak Radix footswitch, please contact the Peak customer service team at 410-712-0145. After the customer service team provides you with a return authorization, you can download and fill out the Peak Repair Order Form.

Mail your completed repair order form, footswitch, and invoice as proof of purchase to: 7410 Coca Cola Dr STE 108, Hanover, MD 21076. You can also direct any questions or concerns regarding issues with your Peak Radix footswitch to info@peakneedles.com.

If your Radix was purchased less than a year ago, it will be replaced with a brand new model. If your item is older than a year, it is unfortunately no longer covered under the one-year warranty.
