An add-on for the portable Alpha HexTenna High Frequency (HF) antenna.

Product Overview

The Delta Loop Antenna option is an add-on for the portable Alpha HexTenna High Frequency (HF) antenna. Coverage includes all amateur radio bands from 3.5 to 54.0 MHz (80-6M) when an external antenna tuner is used.

Instructions for Deployment

  1. Install the Telescopic Elements and Auto Match with the RF Jumper on the HexTenna Hub.
  2. Attach the Delta Loop Antenna Wire to each corona ball on the Telescopic Elements.
  3. Set up your mounting option, install the HexTenna Hub assembly, and fully extend the Telescopic Elements.

Antenna Configuration Diagram

The diagram shows the Delta Loop Antenna Wire clipped into place. The total length of the antenna wire is 25 feet 9 inches (25' 9"). Each of the two telescopic whips measures 17 feet 9 inches (17' 9") when fully extended. The central hub connects to "Your Coax". The diagram indicates connection points for "Install RF Jumper" and "Install MIL 2.0 Auto Match & HexTenna Hub".
