Overview
The Mark-10 WT-205M is a motorized pull tester designed for accurate and efficient measurement of wire crimp pull forces, up to 200 lbF [1 kN]. It is portable, customizable, and conforms to numerous industry standards including UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE, and MIL for both destructive and non-destructive testing. The tester supports pull-to-break, pull-to-load, and load-holding functions, as specified by UL 486A/B. It features programmable pass/fail limits with visual and audio indicators to quickly identify non-conforming samples. The standard fixture accommodates wire diameters up to AWG 3 (0.25 in [6.3 mm]), with an included self-tightening wedge grip. The WT-205M can store up to 2,000 readings with date/time stamps and transfer data via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs. It includes free MESUR® Lite data acquisition software for data tabulation and one-click export to Excel.

Controls & Indicators
The WT-205M features a clear display showing status, peak force, unit of measurement, and profile number. Key indicators include upper and lower force limits, and pass/fail indicators with associated audio alerts. The control panel includes buttons for MENU, ESCAPE, ZERO, START, STOP, ENTER, DATA, DELETE, and MODE, allowing users to navigate settings, start/stop tests, and manage data.
Optional Functions
Several optional functions can be purchased at the time of order or enabled later via an activation process. A complete options package is also available at a discounted price. The tester is shipped in Demo Mode, with all functions enabled for 160 hours of operation.

Optional Accessories
Various accessories are available to enhance the functionality and application range of the WT-205M:
- AC1135 Ring terminal fixture: Secures ring terminations with pin diameter sizes from 1/8 to 3/8 in [3.2 to 9.5 mm]. Replaces the standard turret fixture.
- AC1136 Machinable blank terminal fixture: For unique sample shapes and sizes. Replaces the standard turret fixture.
- AC1132 Wedge grip assembly: Features self-tightening jaws to effectively secure the sample. Standard on the actuator end, but can replace the standard turret fixture.
- AC1134 Bollard grip assembly: Secures the free end of the sample via a bollard and vise, based on the model G1102 grip.
- AC1133 Dual roller grip assembly: Utilizes cam-action knurled rollers to secure the free end of the wire, based on the model G1002 grip.
- AC1137-2 Carrying case: Provides cushioned storage for the tester and accessories.
- CERT Certificate of calibration w/data: Includes 10 data points (short form certificate without data is also available).
- AC1049 Calibration fixture: A complete set of brackets and hardware for calibrating WT-205 or WT-205M models, also compatible with legacy models WT3-201, WT3-201M, and WT3-200.
