Wearing
- To ensure accuracy for heart rate, blood oxygen, and other measurements, wear the watch about one finger's width away from your wrist, keeping the strap in a comfortable position.
- During exercise, wear the watch snugly to prevent it from shaking. Wear the watch about one finger's width from your wrist for more accurate heart rate readings. After exercise, you can loosen the strap for comfortable wear.
- When measuring blood oxygen saturation, wear the watch correctly. Avoid wearing it on the wrist joint, keep your arm straight, maintain a comfortable (snug) contact between the watch and your wrist skin, and keep your hand still throughout the measurement.
