Wearing the Watch
- To ensure accurate measurement of heart rate, blood oxygen, and other metrics, fasten the watch one finger-width away from your wrist bone and secure the strap with comfortable tightness.
- During exercise, wear it as snugly as possible to prevent shaking. Wear the watch at least one finger-width from the wrist bone for more accurate heart rate data. After exercise, you can loosen the strap appropriately for comfort.
- Wear the watch correctly when measuring blood oxygen saturation. Avoid wearing the watch on the wrist joint; keep your forearm flat, maintain a comfortable (snug) fit between the watch and your forearm skin, and keep your arm still throughout the measurement.
Note: External factors such as hand bending, arm swinging, arm hair, or tattoos may lead to inaccurate measurement results or measurement failure.
