About the Watch

Upper Button:

Press and hold to turn the watch on/off or restart it.
Click to access the app list.
Rotate to switch pages.

Lower Button:

Press to launch a specific application.

Note: If the watch cannot be turned on by holding the upper button, try charging it.

Pairing the Watch

The Zepp app is essential for this watch. It provides scientific sleep and exercise guidance to help you start a healthy lifestyle, offering personalized health services.

Download the Zepp App by scanning the QR code or searching on Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then download and install the latest version.

Open the app, register an account, and log in.

Pair the watch as recommended by the app.

Notes:

For a better user experience, please use the latest version of the app.
The operating system must be Android 7.0, iOS 12.0, or later.
Do not pair your watch directly using your phone's Bluetooth feature. Follow the in-app steps for correct pairing.

Charging the Watch

1. Connect the watch's charging cable to a power adapter or a computer's USB port.

2. Place the watch on the charging dock. Pay attention to the watch's orientation and position, and ensure the metal contacts on the back are properly aligned with the charging dock.

3. The watch screen will display the charging progress once charging begins.

Notes:

Please use the charging dock provided with the watch. Ensure the charging dock is dry before charging.
Please use a 1A or higher power adapter.

Removing and Attaching Watch Straps

Refer to the images for instructions on removing or attaching watch straps.

After attaching a strap, gently pull it to ensure it is securely fastened.

Wearing the Watch

For accurate heart rate, blood oxygen, and other measurements, wear the watch one finger-width away from your wrist bone and keep the strap comfortably snug.

Wear the watch slightly tighter during exercise to prevent it from shaking. For more accurate heart rate data, wear it one finger-width away from your wrist joint.

After exercise, you can loosen the strap for a comfortable wearing experience.

When measuring blood oxygen saturation, wear the watch correctly: do not wear it on the wrist joint, keep your arm flat, ensure a snug fit (appropriately tight) between the watch and your skin, and keep your arm still throughout the measurement process.

Note: Measurement results may be inaccurate or fail if affected by external factors (arm hanging, arm swinging, arm hair, tattoos, etc.).

Handling and Shipping

Before transporting your device, ensure all connections are terminated and cables are disconnected.
When packing, use the original box and packaging materials.
Take care to avoid shaking, impact, heat, humidity, and dust damage during use and relocation.

Safety Warnings

Do not allow children or pets to bite or swallow the product or its accessories, as this may cause injury.
Do not expose the product to extremely high or low temperatures that could cause it to ignite or explode.
Do not place the product near heat sources such as ovens or electric heaters, or near open flames.

Do not dispose of this device or its accessories with ordinary household waste. Please ensure you dispose of or recycle this device and its accessories in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Maintenance and Care

To prevent chemical residues from irritating the skin, corroding the device, or damaging its water resistance, avoid using cleaning agents or detergents such as soap, hand sanitizer, bath foam, or lotion.
After wearing the device during bathing (if supported), swimming (if supported), or sweating, clean and dry it immediately.
Leather straps are not waterproof. Prevent the strap from getting wet, as this will shorten its lifespan.
When using light-colored watch straps, avoid contact with dark clothing to prevent color transfer.
Do not wear the watch while snorkeling, showering with hot water, visiting hot springs, saunas (steam rooms), diving, or during other activities involving high-speed water flow.
Do not leave the device exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. Extreme ambient temperatures may cause the device to malfunction.
Handle with care during transport. Keep the device dry and away from moisture.
Do not wear your watch during RM examinations or in environments with high magnetic fields, as it may cause damage.

If the product will not be used for a long time, it is recommended to turn it off before storing. For long-term storage, charge the battery to 100% every 6 months to prevent battery discharge.

The Amazfit Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period is 12 months or as required by the applicable consumer laws in the country of purchase. Our warranty is in addition to the rights provided by applicable consumer laws.

Consumer Rights

In case of a defective product, the consumer can exercise one of the following rights as per Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection:

a- Withdrawal from the contract.
b- Requesting a price reduction.
c- Requesting free repair.
ç- Requesting replacement with a defect-free equivalent.

If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without charging any fee for labor, replacement parts, or any other cost.
